【摘要】：當(dāng)前主導(dǎo)性的國際援助模式是由西方發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國家在戰(zhàn)后主導(dǎo)形成的。中國一直積極參與對外援助事務(wù),但在當(dāng)前國際援助事務(wù)中的發(fā)言權(quán)明顯不足,并因?yàn)樽陨碓砟�、范式與西方國家存在明顯不同而受到來自西方國家和媒體的批評(píng)和指責(zé)。為了進(jìn)一步提升中國在國際援助事務(wù)中的話語權(quán),中國應(yīng)積極參與國際援助事務(wù),參與國際援助規(guī)范和議程的設(shè)定工作;加強(qiáng)對自身援助工作的有效宣傳;改革對外援助理念、政策和機(jī)制,從而改善援助效果,推動(dòng)新時(shí)期中國援外工作的深入發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The current dominant international aid model was dominated by the western developed capitalist countries after the war. China has been taking an active part in the foreign aid affairs, but its voice in the current international aid affairs is obviously insufficient, and it has been criticized and criticized by the western countries and the media because of the obvious difference between its own aid concept and that of the western countries. In order to further enhance China's voice in international aid affairs, China should actively participate in international aid affairs, participate in the setting of international aid norms and agendas, strengthen effective publicity of its own aid work, and reform the concept of foreign aid. Policies and mechanisms to improve aid effectiveness and promote further development of China's foreign aid work in the new era.
