【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)后,哈佛大學(xué)著名國際政治學(xué)教授約瑟夫·奈提出了"軟實力"這一全新的概念。國內(nèi)學(xué)者圍繞軟實力的概念、內(nèi)涵、特征以及軟實力與硬實力的關(guān)系等一系列問題展開討論并取得了豐碩的研究成果,在一定程度上使軟實力理論中國化。在理論研究的同時,國內(nèi)外學(xué)界對中國軟實力建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及對策等主題同樣給予了高度的重視。從軟實力理論研究的中國化以及中國的軟實力建設(shè)研究兩個層面對學(xué)者們的研究成果作一番歸納和總結(jié),并在此基礎(chǔ)上指出以往研究中存在的不足之處。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, Joseph Nye, a famous professor of international politics at Harvard University, put forward the new concept of soft power. Domestic scholars have discussed the concept, connotation, characteristics and the relationship between soft power and hard power, and have achieved fruitful research results, to a certain extent, make the theory of soft power in China. At the same time, scholars at home and abroad attach great importance to the status quo, existing problems and countermeasures of China's soft power construction. This paper sums up and summarizes the research results of the scholars from the aspects of the Sinicization of the theory of soft power and the study of the construction of soft power in China, and on this basis points out the shortcomings of the previous studies.
