【摘要】：美國(guó)奧巴馬政府自2009年以來(lái),出于戰(zhàn)略考慮,加大了對(duì)柬埔寨外交力度。兩國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、文化等領(lǐng)域的合作呈深化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。本文試圖在梳理美國(guó)在柬埔寨利益定位的基礎(chǔ)上,分析奧巴馬政府對(duì)柬政策調(diào)整的動(dòng)因、手段、發(fā)展前景以及由此帶來(lái)的影響。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, the Obama administration has stepped up its diplomacy with Cambodia for strategic reasons. Cooperation between the two countries in the political, economic, military, cultural and other fields shows a trend of deepening development. On the basis of analyzing the interests of the United States in Cambodia, this paper attempts to analyze the motivation, means, development prospects and the impact of the Obama administration's policy adjustment on Cambodia.
