【摘要】：本文嘗試結(jié)合2003年的伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭,闡釋和諧世界理念提出的背景以及和諧世界的內(nèi)涵,并且論證了伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭與和諧世界構(gòu)建的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)性。和諧世界主旨是創(chuàng)造“普遍發(fā)展、共同繁榮與持久和平的”世界,內(nèi)容分為五個(gè)方面。第一,和平、公平、有效和民主的多邊主義。第二,通過開放、公平、非歧視的多邊貿(mào)易體制促進(jìn)共同發(fā)展。第三,文明、文化、制度的相互尊重、相互包容、相互理解。第四,通過改革加強(qiáng)聯(lián)合國。第五,“積極促進(jìn)和保障人權(quán)”,“使人人享有平等追求全面發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì)和權(quán)利” 本文分四章多角度地分析伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭的原因和影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭與和諧世界理念彼此關(guān)聯(lián),值得探討。 第一章,對(duì)伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭的和諧世界理論的提出進(jìn)行了簡單論述。 第二章,從不同國家(包括美國、伊拉克和其他一些重要的國家)的角度分別論證和諧世界的歷史必要性以及伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭與構(gòu)建和諧世界理念的關(guān)聯(lián)。 第三章,論證了構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)可能性。通過對(duì)戰(zhàn)爭的分析,本研究認(rèn)為和諧世界是符合歷史發(fā)展潮流的,雖然構(gòu)建和諧世界的過程充滿了艱辛,但是和諧世界必定能得到世界上大多數(shù)國家的認(rèn)可。 第四章,筆者根據(jù)對(duì)伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭和和諧世界構(gòu)建的已有分析,結(jié)合自己的思考,探討伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭帶給和諧世界構(gòu)建的一些啟示,構(gòu)建和諧世界會(huì)遇到怎樣的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并提出構(gòu)建和諧世界的途徑,包括反對(duì)霸權(quán)主義,樹立新的互利合作觀,確立新的國家安全觀以及促進(jìn)解決矛盾的機(jī)制體制的建立和形成等方面。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to explain the background of the concept of a harmonious world and the connotation of the harmonious world in the light of the Iraq War in 2003, and demonstrates the inherent relevance between the Iraq War and the Construction of a harmonious World. The aim of a harmonious world is to create a world of universal development, common prosperity and lasting peace. First, peaceful, equitable, effective and democratic multilateralism. Second, promote common development through an open, equitable and non-discriminatory multilateral trading system. Third, the mutual respect, mutual tolerance and mutual understanding of civilization, culture and system. Fourth, strengthen the United Nations through reform. Fifth, "actively promote and safeguard human rights" and "give all people equal opportunities and rights to pursue comprehensive development" This paper analyzes the causes and effects of the Iraq War in four chapters and points out that the concept of the Iraq War and the harmonious World are interrelated and worthy of discussion. The first chapter briefly discusses the theory of harmonious world in the Iraq War. The second chapter demonstrates the historical necessity of a harmonious world and the connection between the Iraq War and the idea of building a harmonious world from the perspectives of different countries (including the United States, Iraq and some other important countries). The third chapter demonstrates the realistic possibility of building a harmonious society. Through the analysis of the war, this study thinks that the harmonious world is in line with the trend of historical development, although the process of building a harmonious world is full of difficulties, but the harmonious world will be recognized by most countries in the world. In the fourth chapter, according to the existing analysis of the Iraq War and the construction of a harmonious world, combined with my own thinking, the author probes into some revelations brought by the Iraq War to the construction of a harmonious world, and what opportunities and challenges the construction of a harmonious world will encounter. The ways to build a harmonious world include opposing hegemonism, establishing a new view of mutually beneficial cooperation, establishing a new concept of national security, and promoting the establishment and formation of a mechanism system for resolving contradictions.
