【摘要】："貝納多特方案"是第一次阿以戰(zhàn)爭期間,聯(lián)合國巴勒斯坦問題調(diào)解專員福克爾·貝納多特分別在1948年6月和9月提出的兩個和平解決阿以沖突方案的總稱。方案制定的過程即體現(xiàn)了貝納多特個人的意志,又體現(xiàn)了英美政策的互動。阿以主張的根本對立、英美不同的政治利益考量、戰(zhàn)爭局勢的迅猛發(fā)展,再加上方案本身的不切實際,最終導(dǎo)致其徹底失敗。
[Abstract]:During the first Arab-Israeli War, the "Benadotte Plan" was the general term of the two peaceful solutions to the Arab-Israeli conflict put forward by Folker Benadotte, the United Nations mediator on the question of Palestine, in June and September 1948, respectively. The process of making the scheme reflects the personal will of Benadotte and the interaction of British and American policy. The fundamental opposition of the Arab-Israeli proposition, the consideration of different political interests in Britain and the United States, the rapid development of the war situation, and the impracticality of the plan itself, resulted in its total failure.
