【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記在視察北京時指出,北京要堅持和強化首都全國政治中心、文化中心、國際交往中心、科技創(chuàng)新中心的核心功能,這為首都城市發(fā)展指明了方向。2017年《北京市國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃綱要》提出,北京"十三五"要強化國際交往功能,建設(shè)國際城市。2017年3月28日,《北京城市總體規(guī)劃(2016年—2030年)》草案發(fā)布,提出落實城市戰(zhàn)略定位,優(yōu)化提升首都核心功能,加快推進國際交往中心建設(shè),構(gòu)建世界
[Abstract]:During his visit to Beijing, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that Beijing should adhere to and strengthen the core functions of the capital's national political center, cultural center, international communication center, and scientific and technological innovation center. This shows the direction for the development of the capital city. The 2017 outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan for Beijing's National Economic and Social Development proposed that Beijing's 13th Five-Year Plan should strengthen the function of international communication. Building an international city. On March 28, 2017, the draft of the Beijing City Master Plan (2016-2030) was issued, proposing the implementation of the strategic positioning of the city, optimizing and upgrading the core functions of the capital, speeding up the construction of an international communication center, and building the world.
