【摘要】：本文以改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤三位中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的外交思想為背景,從價(jià)值視閾中分析新時(shí)期中國(guó)外交行為,在此基礎(chǔ)上把握中國(guó)外交價(jià)值的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。本文主要從外交價(jià)值的概念界定、理論內(nèi)涵以及影響因素等幾個(gè)層面展開(kāi)分析,系統(tǒng)考察新時(shí)期中國(guó)外交價(jià)值。 第1章緒論部分:提出問(wèn)題,從全球環(huán)境、主觀要求、文化淵源三方面分析研究中國(guó)外交價(jià)值的必要性;同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界在中國(guó)外交價(jià)值問(wèn)題上的研究成果進(jìn)行了較全面的文獻(xiàn)綜述。 第2、3、4章主體部分:明確界定本文的核心概念之“外交價(jià)值”,構(gòu)建出“國(guó)際形勢(shì)+國(guó)家利益+傳統(tǒng)文化→領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人外交思想→外交價(jià)值”的分析模式;重點(diǎn)論述中國(guó)外交價(jià)值在鄧小平、江澤民和胡錦濤時(shí)期的主要內(nèi)容;從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、安全四方面總結(jié)了新時(shí)期中國(guó)外交價(jià)值的基本內(nèi)涵;最后歸納出貫穿改革開(kāi)放后三十年中國(guó)外交價(jià)值的主要特征。 第5章結(jié)論部分:提出啟示和思考,認(rèn)為新時(shí)期中國(guó)外交價(jià)值一方面回答了中國(guó)融入世界的路徑問(wèn)題,展示了中國(guó)作為新興大國(guó)的責(zé)任意識(shí),另一方面由于其獨(dú)特性和內(nèi)斂性使之還需要獲得世界認(rèn)同。 總而言之,新時(shí)期中國(guó)外交價(jià)值是國(guó)家外交前進(jìn)和發(fā)展的推動(dòng)力,它的確定既符合中國(guó)的基本國(guó)情,又遵循時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求,闡釋了中國(guó)對(duì)自己未來(lái)走向的定位、對(duì)未來(lái)世界的期許,以及朝著目標(biāo)前行的堅(jiān)定決心。
[Abstract]:Based on the diplomatic thoughts of three Chinese leaders, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao since the reform and opening up to the outside world, this paper analyzes China's diplomatic behavior in the new period from the perspective of value, and on this basis grasps the development of China's diplomatic value. This paper mainly analyzes the concept of diplomatic value, theoretical connotation and influencing factors, and systematically examines the value of Chinese diplomacy in the new period. The first chapter is introduction: the necessity of studying China's diplomatic value from three aspects: global environment, subjective requirement and cultural origin. At the same time, this paper makes a comprehensive literature review on the research results of Chinese diplomatic value in domestic and foreign academic circles. The main part of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3: define clearly the "diplomatic value" of the core concept of this paper, and construct the analysis mode of "the international situation, the national interest, the traditional culture, the leader's diplomatic thought and the diplomatic value"; The main contents of Chinese diplomatic value in the period of Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao are discussed, and the basic connotation of Chinese diplomatic value in the new period is summarized from four aspects: politics, economy, culture and security. Finally, the main characteristics of China's diplomatic value after 30 years of reform and opening up are summarized. The conclusion of chapter 5: the author puts forward the enlightenment and thinking that China's diplomatic value in the new period answers the path of China's integration into the world on the one hand, and shows the sense of responsibility of China as a rising power on the one hand. On the other hand, because of its uniqueness and introversion, it still needs to be recognized by the world. In a word, the value of China's diplomacy in the new era is the driving force for the advancement and development of national diplomacy. Its determination conforms to China's basic national conditions and conforms to the requirements of the development of the times, and explains China's position on its own future direction. The promise of the future world and the firm determination to move forward.
