【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略互信是構(gòu)建中美新型大國關(guān)系的首要問題,軍事安全互信是戰(zhàn)略互信的基礎(chǔ)。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了當(dāng)前中美軍事安全互信缺失的主要表現(xiàn),客觀、辯證地分析了中美軍事安全互信缺失的原因,從彌合兩國戰(zhàn)略思維差異、加強(qiáng)相互了解、增進(jìn)相互理解,尊重核心安全利益、維護(hù)共同利益、開展良性互動、加強(qiáng)情感交流等多個角度提出了加強(qiáng)中美軍事安全互信的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Strategic mutual trust is the most important issue in building a new type of great power relationship between China and the United States, and military security trust is the foundation of strategic mutual trust. This paper systematically combs the main manifestations of the current lack of mutual trust in military security between China and the United States, objectively and dialectically analyzes the reasons for the lack of mutual trust in military security between China and the United States, from bridging the differences of strategic thinking between the two countries, strengthening mutual understanding, and enhancing mutual understanding. The countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening mutual trust in military security between China and the United States are put forward from several angles, such as respecting core security interests, safeguarding common interests, developing benign interaction and strengthening emotional exchanges.
