【摘要】：目前,歐盟的反民主化傾向和對勞工運(yùn)動的打擊,不僅阻礙著歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,而且成為歐洲勞工運(yùn)動反新自由主義斗爭的外部障礙。對勞工運(yùn)動而言,過時的社會伙伴關(guān)系和社會對話的意識形態(tài)是制約其自身發(fā)展的主要障礙。隨著危機(jī)的加劇,越來越需要一個新的、激進(jìn)的政治行動方向,為此,工會和勞工運(yùn)動不僅需要提出新的替代模式,而且更需要具備進(jìn)行斗爭動員和利用資源開展斗爭的能力和意愿。盡管當(dāng)前歐盟威權(quán)化的趨勢占了上風(fēng),但精英的反社會政策可能引發(fā)的社會爆炸,以及勞工對社會民主化的追求,可能使權(quán)力關(guān)系再次發(fā)生變化。
[Abstract]:At present, the anti-democratization tendency of the European Union and the attack on the labor movement not only hinder the economic and social development of Europe, but also become the external obstacles of the European labor movement in the struggle against neoliberalism. For the labour movement, outdated social partnerships and the ideology of social dialogue are major obstacles to its own development. As the crisis intensifies, there is a growing need for a new, radical direction of political action, and for this, trade unions and labour movements not only need to come up with new alternative models, It also needs the ability and willingness to mobilize and use resources to fight. Although the current trend of authoritarianism in the EU is gaining the upper hand, the possible social explosion triggered by elite antisocial policies and the labour's quest for social democratization may change power relations again.
