【摘要】：本文旨在考察沃勒斯坦世界體系理論的霸權思想。沃勒斯坦從資本主義世界經(jīng)濟的角度，詳細的探討了霸權的必然性，深入地剖析了霸權興衰的經(jīng)濟根源，透徹地揭示了霸權的真實本質和政策目的，獨創(chuàng)性地提出了農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)—商業(yè)—金融優(yōu)勢的霸權模式，概括性的分析和總結了霸權國家的共同特點，從而形成了一個較為完整的霸權思想體系。 本論文共分為三部分： 第一部分介紹了沃勒斯坦“世界體系”理論。從產(chǎn)生的背景、主要觀點及其影響和缺陷三個方面概述。世界體系理論作為一種理論與方法主要興起于20世紀70年代的美國，其主要標志是沃勒斯坦于1974年出版的《現(xiàn)代世界體系》，迄今已三十多年。在這期間，這理論不斷的深化，并且廣泛傳播到整個歐洲和其他地區(qū)與國家。這理論的主要觀點包括：世界體系的種類、世界體系起源與動力、世界體系經(jīng)濟分析、世界體系政治分析、現(xiàn)代世界體系動態(tài)發(fā)展和過程以及現(xiàn)代世界現(xiàn)狀矛盾與毀滅等等。盡管世界體系論的影響日益擴大，但作為一種理論和方法，它也有自己的不完善之處。 第二部分介紹了沃勒斯坦“世界體系”理論的霸權思想。從沃勒斯坦世界體系霸權思想的內(nèi)容、對歷史霸權國的比較和沃勒斯坦霸權思想的體現(xiàn)三個方面進行論述。沃勒斯坦世界體系霸權思想的內(nèi)容包括：霸權的涵義、霸權的模式、霸權周期和循環(huán)、霸權的政策、霸權的衰退和當今世界霸權走勢的預測等六個方面；對歷史霸權國沃勒斯坦主要從17世紀的荷蘭霸權、18、19世紀的英國霸權和20世紀的美國霸權進行比較，從而總結了四個方面的共同點。在此基礎上他還闡述了在爭奪霸權和維護霸權中國家的作用。 第三部分是文章的主要部分，包括兩個方面：一方面是對沃勒斯坦霸權思想的評價。沃勒斯坦的霸權思想雖然是一個完整的思想，但在霸權模式和未來霸權走勢上體現(xiàn)了他的不足之處。另一方面是沃勒斯坦霸權思想帶來的啟示。通過對沃勒斯坦霸權思想的研究，我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)的霸權轉移相比較，，特定地區(qū)國家聯(lián)合的體系在未來更具有現(xiàn)實性。從而，21世紀的世界將進入無霸權時代。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the hegemonic thought of Wallerstein's theory of world system. From the angle of capitalist world economy, Wallerstein discussed in detail the inevitability of hegemony, deeply analyzed the economic root of the rise and fall of hegemony, thoroughly revealed the true essence and policy purpose of hegemony, and put forward agriculture creatively. The hegemonic mode of industrial production-commercial-financial advantage analyzes and summarizes the common characteristics of hegemonic countries and forms a relatively complete hegemonic thought system. This thesis is divided into three parts: The first part introduces Wallerstein's theory of world system. From the background, the main point of view and its impact and defects in three aspects. As a kind of theory and method, the theory of world system arose mainly in the United States in the 1970s. Its main symbol is the Modern World system published by Wallerstein in 1974, which has been published for more than thirty years. During this period, the theory continued to deepen and spread widely throughout Europe and other regions and countries. The main viewpoints of this theory include: the kind of world system, the origin and motive force of world system, the economic analysis of world system, the political analysis of world system, the dynamic development and process of modern world system, and the contradiction and destruction of the present situation of modern world, etc. Although the influence of the theory of world system is increasing day by day, as a theory and method, it also has its own imperfections. The second part introduces the hegemonic thought of Wallerstein's "world system" theory. From the content of Wallerstein's hegemonic thought of world system, this paper discusses the comparison of historical hegemonic countries and the embodiment of Wallerstein's hegemonic thought. The contents of Wallerstein's thought of hegemony in the world system include six aspects: the meaning of hegemony, the mode of hegemony, the cycle and cycle of hegemony, the policy of hegemony, the decline of hegemony and the prediction of the trend of world hegemony. This paper compares the historical hegemonic power Wallerstein mainly from the British hegemony in the 17th century to the British hegemony in the 19th century and the American hegemony in the 20th century, and sums up the common ground in four aspects. On this basis, he also elaborated in the struggle for hegemony and the maintenance of hegemony in the role of the state. The third part is the main part of the article, including two aspects: one is the evaluation of Wallerstein's hegemonic thought. Although Wallerstein's hegemonic thought is a complete thought, it reflects his deficiency in hegemony mode and future hegemonic trend. On the other hand, the enlightenment brought by Wallerstein's hegemonic thought. Through the study of Wallerstein's hegemonic thought, we can find that compared with the traditional hegemony transfer, the United system of countries in certain regions is more realistic in the future. Thus, the world in the 21 st century will enter a non-hegemonic era.
