【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)（蘇俄）和德國(guó)在兩次世界大戰(zhàn)之間的關(guān)系與合作，是在世界現(xiàn)代史上的重要一筆，，也是二十世紀(jì)二、三十國(guó)際關(guān)系的重要組成部分。研究這一時(shí)期的蘇德關(guān)系有助于我們理清凡爾賽體系下國(guó)際形勢(shì)變化的脈絡(luò)，也有助于我們對(duì)蘇聯(lián)（蘇俄）經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和外交政策有更深的理解。 本文分為前言、正文2個(gè)部分。 前言部分：簡(jiǎn)要說明本文的寫作目的、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、創(chuàng)新及不足。 正文部分：分為五章 第一章介紹了一戰(zhàn)之后蘇德關(guān)系開始發(fā)展時(shí)的背景，包擴(kuò)凡爾賽體系下兩國(guó)面臨的國(guó)際環(huán)境和兩國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)情況。 第二章論述了《拉巴洛條約》的簽訂過程和兩國(guó)合作的蜜月期。 第三章論述了《蘇德友好中立條約》簽訂前后的國(guó)際背景包括“道威斯計(jì)劃”的出臺(tái)，《洛迦諾公約》簽訂和德國(guó)加入國(guó)際聯(lián)盟。蘇德合作的進(jìn)一步展開。 第四章論述了在“大蕭條”和蘇聯(lián)快速工業(yè)化的背景下，兩國(guó)關(guān)系的波折和恢復(fù)。 第五章作為結(jié)論，是對(duì)1922年到1933年間蘇德關(guān)系的思考和評(píng)價(jià)，包括其對(duì)國(guó)際格局和兩國(guó)自身的影響。
[Abstract]:The relationship and cooperation between the Soviet Union (Russia) and Germany in the two world wars is an important stroke in the modern history of the world and an important part of the international relations between the 20th century and the twentieth century. The study of Soviet-German relations during this period helps us to clear up the changing context of international situation under the Versailles system, and also helps us to have a deeper understanding of the economic construction and foreign policy of the Soviet Union (Soviet Russia). This paper is divided into two parts: preface and text. Preface: briefly explain the writing purpose, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, innovation and shortcomings. Text: divided into five chapters The first chapter introduces the background of the development of Soviet-German relations after World War I, including the international environment and the domestic situation of the two countries under the Versailles system. The second chapter discusses the signing process of the Treaty of Laballo and the honeymoon period of cooperation between the two countries. The third chapter discusses the international background before and after the signing of the Treaty of Friendship and neutrality between the Soviet Union and Germany, including the publication of the Dawes Plan, the signing of the Lochano Convention and the entry of Germany into the League of Nations. The further development of Soviet-German cooperation. Chapter four discusses the twists and turns of the relations between the two countries under the background of the Great Depression and the rapid industrialization of the Soviet Union. Chapter five, as a conclusion, is the reflection and evaluation of Soviet-German relations from 1922 to 1933, including its influence on the international situation and the two countries themselves.
