【摘要】：海洋觀是人類在長(zhǎng)期與海洋打交道的過程中,通過不斷的實(shí)踐、總結(jié)、凝煉、思考和升華等理性活動(dòng),所形成的認(rèn)識(shí)、利用、開發(fā)和管控海洋的主觀思維集群。古今中外歷史證明,海洋觀是人與海洋辯證關(guān)系的核心內(nèi)涵,是一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)海洋事業(yè)興衰榮辱的關(guān)鍵。在21世紀(jì)新的歷史時(shí)期,中國(guó)欲重新成為現(xiàn)代海洋強(qiáng)國(guó),實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的"中國(guó)夢(mèng)",必須根據(jù)世界潮流與中國(guó)特色的時(shí)代需求,有機(jī)整合傳統(tǒng)的"黃色海洋觀"與"藍(lán)色海洋觀"的合理成分,創(chuàng)建并確立以資源與市場(chǎng)為內(nèi)核訴求,以和平、公正、合作和環(huán)保為外部表征的"綠色海洋觀"。
[Abstract]:Ocean view is a kind of subjective thinking cluster formed by human beings in the process of dealing with the ocean for a long time through continuous practice, summing up, condensing, thinking and sublimation and other rational activities, such as cognition, utilization, development and control of the ocean. The history of ancient, modern and modern times proves that the concept of ocean is the core connotation of the dialectical relationship between man and ocean, and the key to the rise and fall of a country's and a region's marine cause. In the new historical period of the 21st century, if China wants to become a modern marine power again and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese Dream", it must be based on the trend of the world and the needs of the times with Chinese characteristics. By organically integrating the traditional "yellow ocean view" and "blue ocean view", the author establishes and establishes the "green ocean view", which is characterized by peace, justice, cooperation and environmental protection.
