【摘要】： 朝鮮半島一直是中國(guó)東北地區(qū)的天然屏障,同時(shí)也是東北亞地區(qū)的核心,戰(zhàn)略地位十分重要。新中國(guó)建國(guó)以來,朝鮮半島發(fā)生兩次震驚世界的事件:朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、朝核危機(jī)。如何理性、客觀地看待中國(guó)外交的過去、現(xiàn)在及未來?中國(guó)在朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)時(shí)期的外交戰(zhàn)略為我們提供了研究中國(guó)外交的極好的案例。朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)是不同歷史階段影響朝鮮半島乃至整個(gè)亞太地區(qū)最為嚴(yán)重的事件,在學(xué)術(shù)界不斷引起激烈的爭(zhēng)論。朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)對(duì)中國(guó)的外交進(jìn)行了一次又一次嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn),但同時(shí)也伴隨著機(jī)遇,為中國(guó)發(fā)揮自己的外交提供了運(yùn)作的舞臺(tái)。中國(guó)在朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)中的外交戰(zhàn)略及政策既表現(xiàn)出了大國(guó)外交在世界舞臺(tái)逐步顯現(xiàn)的過程,同時(shí)也預(yù)示著未來中國(guó)外交政策的方向。中國(guó)伴隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益發(fā)展,其外交政策亦日趨理智與成熟,特別是在推進(jìn)朝核危機(jī)的和平解決這一問題上,中國(guó)體現(xiàn)出了作負(fù)責(zé)任大國(guó)的智慧與勇氣。本文旨在比較朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)的發(fā)展過程中中國(guó)的外交戰(zhàn)略及政策,并從中挖掘中國(guó)周邊外交戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系及變化以全面推動(dòng)中國(guó)外交在世界的發(fā)展。 全文由緒論、本論、結(jié)論三部分組成。 緒論部分主要論述了本課題的選題目的與意義、研究重點(diǎn)與創(chuàng)新以及研究方法。 本論部分主要由四部分組成: 第一部分主要論述了中國(guó)在朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)中外交戰(zhàn)略及政策。 第二部分主要是比較分析中國(guó)在朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)中外交戰(zhàn)略形成的原因。 第三部分主要對(duì)中國(guó)在朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)中對(duì)國(guó)家利益認(rèn)識(shí)的比較。 第四部分主要對(duì)中國(guó)在朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和朝核危機(jī)時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略及政策結(jié)果及影響的比較。 結(jié)論部分主要比較中國(guó)外交戰(zhàn)略在朝鮮半島兩次危機(jī)中的變與不變。
[Abstract]:The Korean Peninsula has always been the natural barrier of Northeast China and the core of Northeast Asia, so the strategic position is very important. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Korean Peninsula has shocked the world twice: the Korean War and the North Korean nuclear crisis. How to view the past, present and future of China's diplomacy rationally and objectively? China's diplomatic strategy during the Korean War and the North Korean nuclear crisis provides us with an excellent case study of Chinese diplomacy. The Korean War and the Korean nuclear crisis are the most serious events affecting the Korean Peninsula and even the whole Asia-Pacific region in different historical stages, which has caused heated debate in academic circles. The Korean War and the North Korean nuclear crisis have tested China's diplomacy again and again, but at the same time it has also been accompanied by opportunities to provide a stage for China to play its own diplomacy. China's diplomatic strategy and policy in the Korean War and the Korean nuclear crisis not only showed the process of great power diplomacy in the world stage, but also indicated the direction of China's foreign policy in the future. With the development of the national economy, China's foreign policy is becoming more rational and mature, especially in promoting the peaceful resolution of the North Korean nuclear crisis, China has shown the wisdom and courage to be a responsible power. The purpose of this paper is to compare the development process of the Korean War and the Korean nuclear crisis, and to explore the internal relations and changes of China's peripheral diplomatic strategies in order to promote the development of China's diplomacy in the world in an all-round way. The full text consists of three parts: introduction, theory and conclusion. The introduction mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the topic, the research focus and innovation, and research methods. This part consists of four parts: The first part mainly discusses China's foreign strategy and policy in the Korean War and the Korean nuclear crisis. The second part is a comparative analysis of the reasons for the formation of China's diplomatic strategy in the Korean War and the Korean nuclear crisis. The third part mainly compares China's understanding of national interests in the Korean War and the Korean nuclear crisis. The fourth part mainly compares the result and influence of China's diplomatic strategy and policy during Korean War and Korean nuclear crisis. The conclusion mainly compares the change and invariance of China's diplomatic strategy in the two crises on the Korean Peninsula.
