【摘要】：從理論的角度看,地區(qū)大國的"大國平衡外交"有自身的機(jī)理和特點(diǎn)。從現(xiàn)實的角度看,冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以來,作為地區(qū)大國的印度對中美實施"大國平衡外交"經(jīng)歷了四個發(fā)展階段,三國間的關(guān)系逐漸由三邊關(guān)系演變?yōu)?三角關(guān)系"。追求真正的大國地位是印度外交的根本目標(biāo),"同心圓外交"是其主要特點(diǎn)。印度實施中美"大國平衡外交"的動機(jī)與此相符,也有基于國家利益的特定目標(biāo)。此外,印度實施中美"大國平衡外交"具備特定的國內(nèi)外條件。地區(qū)大國的"大國平衡外交"機(jī)理和印度的實踐,對于中國外交具有重要的啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:From the theoretical point of view, the balance diplomacy of regional powers has its own mechanism and characteristics. From a realistic point of view, since the end of the Cold War, India, as a regional power, has experienced four stages of development of "balanced diplomacy of great powers" towards China and the United States, and the relations between the three countries have gradually evolved from trilateral relations to "triangular relations". The pursuit of true power status is the fundamental goal of Indian diplomacy, and concentric diplomacy is its main characteristic. India's motives for the balanced diplomacy between China and the United States are in line with this, and there are specific objectives based on national interests. In addition, India has certain domestic and foreign conditions for the implementation of balance diplomacy between China and the United States. The mechanism of "balanced diplomacy of great powers" of regional powers and the practice of India have important enlightening significance for Chinese diplomacy.
