【摘要】： 金融危機就像幽靈一樣,伴隨著資本主義制度的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展。隨著全球化的不斷深入以及相互依賴的加深,金融危機發(fā)生的頻率越來越高,產(chǎn)生的影響也越來越大。由美國次貸危機引發(fā)的金融危機,把全世界拖入了金融危機的漩渦之中。在面對金融危機帶來的巨大沖擊時,全方位認識金融危機顯得非常重要。傳統(tǒng)的關(guān)于金融危機的論著,使人們對金融危機有了較全面的認識。為了對金融危機有更深刻的把握,本文試圖從一個全新的視角來解讀金融危機。 關(guān)于金融危機的研究可謂汗牛充棟,但大多是從經(jīng)濟學的角度來研究的。從國際政治的角度來研究金融危機的文章卻少之又少。本文引入了國際政治資源的概念,力圖從國際政治學的視角來闡述金融危機與國際政治資源的關(guān)系。國內(nèi)資源的配置不平衡是引發(fā)國內(nèi)金融危機的重要原因之一,國際政治資源的配置不平衡是引發(fā)全球性金融危機的重要原因之一。不同的國家擁有的國際政治資源不同,他們之間相互依賴的程度不同,因而在金融危機中的表現(xiàn)也不同。金融危機起源的國家不同,其蔓延的范圍也不同。起源于霸權(quán)國家的金融危機往往會引發(fā)全球性金融危機,比如起源于美國的金融危機引發(fā)了2008年的全球金融危機。而起源于非霸權(quán)國家的金融危機,往往只會引發(fā)局部地區(qū)的金融危機,比如起源于泰國的金融危機引發(fā)了1997年的東南亞金融危機。各國因為擁有的國際政治資源不同,其受金融危機的影響程度、所能采取的應(yīng)對金融危機的方式以及金融危機最后產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果也會不同。 本文沿著歷史的足跡,運用理論與史實結(jié)合、歷史分析、比較研究的方法,充分論證了本文的論點,從一個全新的視角解讀了金融危機與國際政治資源的關(guān)系。限于篇幅的原因,本文重點講述國際政治資源對金融危機的影響,即國際政治資源影響金融危機的敏感性與脆弱性、影響金融危機產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果、影響金融危機的應(yīng)對方式。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis is like a ghost, accompanied by the emergence and development of the capitalist system. With the deepening of globalization and interdependence, the frequency and impact of financial crises are becoming higher and higher. The financial crisis caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has dragged the world into the whirlpool of financial crisis. It is very important to know the financial crisis in all directions in the face of the huge impact brought by the financial crisis. Traditional works on financial crisis make people have a more comprehensive understanding of financial crisis. In order to have a deeper grasp of the financial crisis, this paper tries to interpret the financial crisis from a new perspective. The research on financial crisis is full of money, but mostly from the angle of economics. There are few articles to study the financial crisis from the angle of international politics. This paper introduces the concept of international political resources and tries to expound the relationship between financial crisis and international political resources from the perspective of international politics. The imbalance in the allocation of domestic resources is one of the important reasons for causing the domestic financial crisis, and the imbalance in the allocation of international political resources is one of the important reasons for triggering the global financial crisis. Different countries have different international political resources and different degree of interdependence, so they behave differently in the financial crisis. The financial crisis originated in different countries, its scope of spread is also different. Financial crises originating from hegemonic countries often lead to global financial crises, such as those originating in the United States, which triggered the global financial crisis in 2008. However, the financial crisis originated from non-hegemonic countries will only lead to regional financial crisis, such as the financial crisis in Thailand, which triggered the financial crisis in Southeast Asia in 1997. Because countries have different international political resources, their degree of influence by the financial crisis, the way they can deal with the financial crisis and the final result of the financial crisis will also be different. In this paper, the author uses the method of combining theory with historical facts, historical analysis and comparative research to fully demonstrate the argument of this paper, and interprets the relationship between financial crisis and international political resources from a new angle of view. This paper focuses on the influence of international political resources on financial crisis, that is, the sensitivity and vulnerability of international political resources to financial crisis, the result of financial crisis and the way to deal with financial crisis.
