【摘要】：中國已明確了"中國特色大國外交"的戰(zhàn)略定位。從2013年以來的實踐看,中國的外交布局呈現(xiàn)全球性、綜合性和平衡性特點,全方位外交的格局已逐漸成形。中東是我國實施大國外交所必須倚重的戰(zhàn)略支點。中東外交對于中國外交轉(zhuǎn)型的意義在于:中東為我國擔(dān)當(dāng)大國責(zé)任、發(fā)揮大國作用、增強國際話語權(quán)和影響力提供了重要平臺;中東持續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)型是我國發(fā)揮經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢、拓展我國發(fā)展理念,為地區(qū)治理改革提供公共產(chǎn)品的難得機遇和外交新增長點;維護中東穩(wěn)定、鞏固與中東國家關(guān)系是從源頭防止恐怖分子和宗教極端勢力對我國滲透,確保國家安全的重要保障。
[Abstract]:China has clearly defined the strategic orientation of "big country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics". From the practice since 2013, China's diplomatic layout is global, comprehensive and balanced, and the pattern of all-round diplomacy has gradually taken shape. The Middle East is the strategic fulcrum that our country must rely on in carrying out the diplomacy of great powers. The significance of Middle East diplomacy for China's diplomatic transformation lies in the fact that the Middle East provides an important platform for China to assume the responsibility of being a big country, to play its role as a great power, and to enhance the international discourse power and influence, and that the sustained transformation of the Middle East is China's economic advantage. Expanding our country's concept of development, providing a rare opportunity for public goods and new diplomatic growth points for the reform of regional governance; maintaining stability in the Middle East and consolidating relations with countries in the Middle East are aimed at preventing terrorists and religious extremist forces from infiltrating our country at the source. An important guarantee of national security.
