【摘要】：正朝鮮半島的局勢一直是影響東北亞安全與穩(wěn)定的重要因素。2014年初朝鮮的國內(nèi)政局出現(xiàn)的變化,引起了國際社會的眾多猜測。但是,作為周邊國家,我們應(yīng)該毫不動搖地鞏固和發(fā)展中朝毗鄰地區(qū)的友好往來,毫不動搖地深化沿邊省區(qū)同朝鮮的互利合作。近三年來,中朝毗鄰地區(qū)的友好往來明顯加強,吉林省同朝鮮的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系無論從數(shù)量、規(guī)模還是合作方式、涉及領(lǐng)域都有了長足發(fā)展。"兩島一區(qū)"合作開發(fā),"借港出海","內(nèi)貿(mào)外運"及圖們江區(qū)域(琿春)國際合作示范區(qū)建設(shè)等多個較高層次的合作項目相繼起步,必將會成為
[Abstract]:The situation on the Korean Peninsula has been an important factor affecting security and stability in Northeast Asia. The changes in North Korea's domestic political situation in early 2014 have aroused a lot of speculation in the international community. However, as neighboring countries, we should unswervingly consolidate and develop friendly exchanges between China and the DPRK, and unswervingly deepen mutually beneficial cooperation between the border provinces and the DPRK. Over the past three years, friendly exchanges between China and the DPRK have been strengthened markedly, and the economic and trade relations between Jilin Province and the DPRK have made considerable progress in terms of number, scale, and mode of cooperation. " The cooperation development of the two islands and one area, "going out to sea through port", "domestic trade shipping" and the construction of the Tumen River region (Hunchun) international cooperation demonstration zone will start one after another, and will certainly become the beginning of a number of higher level cooperation projects.
