【摘要】：本文分為引言、正文和結(jié)論三大主體結(jié)構(gòu)，正文包括四大部分。引言主要介紹了新疆及中亞地區(qū)毒品犯罪的發(fā)展形勢，以此為整個(gè)文章寫作提供一個(gè)背景，針對新疆的地緣因素、跨界民族等基本問題進(jìn)行了說明，為文章的寫作建立起合理依據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)。正文第一部分采取文獻(xiàn)分析方法，從現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)資料出發(fā)分析文化及亞文化的概念。正文第二部分主要應(yīng)用歷史分析方法和比較分析方法分析毒品文化。正文第三部分主要應(yīng)用跨學(xué)科分析方法解析中亞及新疆的毒品犯罪。第四部分主要涉及構(gòu)建主流文化體系，減少毒品亞文化的負(fù)面影響。 通過文章正文的分析闡述，，文章進(jìn)而得出了結(jié)論，新疆及中亞地區(qū)的毒品犯罪的根源就是該地區(qū)存在的毒品亞文化，通過采用文化沖突理論對該地區(qū)毒品犯罪進(jìn)行分析后，提出了降低和減少毒品犯罪發(fā)生的具體措施，這些措施會(huì)在一定程度上減少和降低該地區(qū)毒品犯罪的發(fā)生，有助于我國新疆及中亞地區(qū)各個(gè)國家的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper is divided into introduction, text and conclusion of three main structure, the text includes four parts. The introduction mainly introduces the development situation of drug crime in Xinjiang and Central Asia, which provides a background for the whole article writing, and explains the basic problems of Xinjiang's geographical factors, cross-border nationalities and so on. To establish a reasonable basis for the writing of the article. The first part analyzes the concept of culture and sub-culture by literature analysis. The second part of the text mainly uses the historical analysis method and the comparative analysis method to analyze the drug culture. The third part of the text mainly uses the cross-disciplinary analysis method to analyze the drug crime in Central Asia and Xinjiang. The fourth part mainly involves the construction of mainstream culture system to reduce the negative impact of drug subculture. Through the analysis and elaboration of the text of the article, the paper draws a conclusion that the root of drug crime in Xinjiang and Central Asia is the drug subculture existing in this region. After analyzing the drug crime in this region by using the theory of cultural conflict, Concrete measures to reduce and reduce the occurrence of drug crimes are put forward. These measures will reduce and reduce the occurrence of drug crimes in this area to a certain extent and contribute to the development of each country in Xinjiang and Central Asia of our country.
