【摘要】：隱蔽行動(dòng)作為美國(guó)對(duì)外干涉中的重要手段之一,通常針對(duì)不同時(shí)期的地區(qū)及國(guó)際形勢(shì)、美國(guó)對(duì)外政策的目標(biāo)及訴求、目標(biāo)國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,并考慮行動(dòng)暴露的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與美國(guó)國(guó)家利益之間的權(quán)衡之后做出抉擇。歸根結(jié)底,美國(guó)外交的本質(zhì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)并捍衛(wèi)美國(guó)在地區(qū)及全球的國(guó)家利益。利用最新解密檔案重新審視1969~1973年間尼克松政府對(duì)智利阿連德政權(quán)實(shí)施的隱蔽行動(dòng),有助于增進(jìn)對(duì)美國(guó)對(duì)外隱蔽行動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)、規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Covert action, as one of the important means of US foreign intervention, is usually aimed at the regional and international situation in different periods, the goals and demands of US foreign policy, and the domestic political and economic situation of the target country. Consider the trade-off between the risks of action and the national interest of the United States. Ultimately, the essence of American diplomacy is to realize and defend America's national interests both regionally and globally. Using the latest declassified archives to re-examine the covert actions carried out by the Nixon administration against the regime of Allende in Chile during the period of 1969-1973 will help to enhance the understanding of the characteristics and laws of the American covert operations abroad.
