【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)時期的中美關(guān)系與東亞地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略格局之間的關(guān)系及其相互影響等,在那個時期與諸多重大事態(tài)一起,塑造了該時期東亞國際政治格局,并極為深刻地影響了中美兩國國內(nèi)的政治和對外關(guān)系的歷史進程,給世界政治也帶來了極為深刻的影響,一些重要的后果一直延續(xù)到今天(這并不僅僅是指中美這兩個超大型國家從對抗到合作的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)變自然會給世界和地區(qū)政治帶來的那種廣泛而自然的變化,如緊張局勢的發(fā)生和緩和、地區(qū)國際安全環(huán)境的動蕩和穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟和相互貿(mào)易的隔絕與增長、廣泛豐富的文化交流被阻絕或蓬勃發(fā)展,等等)。尤為重要的是它促成了近四十年來世界歷史進程中兩個革命性的和最具持久影響的偉大事件。其一是持續(xù)了四十多年的冷戰(zhàn)以蘇聯(lián)的解體而和平落幕,人類從隨時可能被核戰(zhàn)爭毀滅的恐怖陰影中解脫出來;其二是中國的和平崛起。
[Abstract]:The relationship between China and the United States and the strategic structure of East Asia during the Cold War period, and so on, together with many major events, shaped the international political pattern of East Asia during that period. And has profoundly affected the historical process of domestic politics and foreign relations between China and the United States, and has also had a profound impact on world politics. Some important consequences have continued to this day (this is not just about the broad and natural changes that two super-large countries, China and the United States, from confrontation to cooperation, development and transformation naturally bring to world and regional politics, Such as the occurrence and relaxation of tension, the instability and stability of the international security environment in the region, the isolation and growth of the economy and mutual trade, the rejection or vigorous development of extensive cultural exchanges, and so on. Above all, it has contributed to two of the most revolutionary and enduring events in the history of the world in the last four decades. One is that the Cold War, which lasted for more than 40 years, ended peacefully with the disintegration of the Soviet Union, and that mankind was freed from the horror of being destroyed at any time by nuclear war; the second was the peaceful rise of China.
