【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域一體化廣泛和深入的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)外交越來(lái)越受到世界各國(guó)政府的重視。世界正在進(jìn)入一個(gè)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的新時(shí)代,激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要求各國(guó)動(dòng)用各種外交手段來(lái)為本國(guó)企業(yè)開拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。 但是在無(wú)政府狀態(tài)的國(guó)際社會(huì)大背景下,霸權(quán)國(guó)家往往采取強(qiáng)硬的進(jìn)攻性經(jīng)濟(jì)外交政策以達(dá)到獲得國(guó)家利益最大化的目的。而作為經(jīng)濟(jì)外交主要手段的經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁和經(jīng)濟(jì)援助更是被大國(guó)頻繁使用。 本文從拿破侖的大陸封鎖政策這一經(jīng)典案例入手,在經(jīng)濟(jì)外交視角下深入研究作為經(jīng)濟(jì)外交最重要的兩種手段經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁和經(jīng)濟(jì)援助的實(shí)踐效果,系統(tǒng)地回顧拿破侖大陸封鎖政策時(shí)代的歷史,通過(guò)研究這個(gè)時(shí)期的法國(guó)和英國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)外交政策的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),探尋經(jīng)濟(jì)外交規(guī)律,從而進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)外交手段的大陸封鎖政策對(duì)國(guó)際關(guān)系的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and regional integration, economic diplomacy has been paid more and more attention by governments all over the world. The world is entering a new era of market economy competition, the fierce competition requires countries to use various diplomatic means to open up international markets for their enterprises. However, under the background of anarchic international society, hegemonic countries often adopt aggressive economic foreign policies to maximize the national interests. As the main means of economic diplomacy, economic sanctions and economic aid are frequently used by big countries. Starting from Napoleon's classic case of continental blockade policy, this paper deeply studies the practical effects of economic sanctions and economic assistance as the two most important means of economic diplomacy from the perspective of economic diplomacy. Recalling systematically the history of the era of Napoleon's continental blockade policy and exploring the laws of economic diplomacy by studying the experiences and lessons of the economic foreign policies of France and Britain during this period, Thus, the impact of the mainland blockade policy on international relations is further understood as a means of economic diplomacy.
