【摘要】：2009年1月20日，奧巴馬宣誓就任第44任美國總統(tǒng)。奧巴馬一改前任小布什總統(tǒng)的“單邊主義”作風(fēng)，強(qiáng)調(diào)共同利益和共同價值觀，走“親民”路線，為美國挽回了不少受損的國際形象。奧巴馬政府的價值觀輸出既延續(xù)了美國外交的主要特征同時又擁有自己嶄新的特點(diǎn)。價值觀輸出為實(shí)現(xiàn)美國的國家戰(zhàn)略和國家利益創(chuàng)造了有利的國際環(huán)境，，并提升了美國的影響力和感召力。奧巴馬政府更是極度重視價值觀輸出的重要作用，奧巴馬政府外交戰(zhàn)略的總目標(biāo)即是：確保美國的國家安全，在全球擴(kuò)大美國的利益和輸出美式價值觀。對奧巴時期美國的價值觀輸出的研究有著重要的歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要從美國價值觀輸出的基本內(nèi)容及傳統(tǒng)、奧巴馬政府價值觀輸出的實(shí)踐等幾個方面作系統(tǒng)分析，初步評估了奧巴馬政府價值觀輸出的特點(diǎn)、動因、影響和前景，并就中國的應(yīng)對提出了一些觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:On January 20, 2009, Obama was sworn in as the 44 th president of the United States. Obama changed the "unilateralism" style of his predecessor, President George W. Bush, emphasized common interests and values, and took the "pro-people" line, thus remedying a lot of damaged international image for the United States. The Obama administration's export of values not only perpetuates the main features of American diplomacy, but also has its own brand-new features. The export of values creates a favorable international environment for the realization of the national strategy and national interests of the United States, and enhances the influence and appeal of the United States. The Obama administration attaches great importance to the importance of the export of values. The overall goal of the Obama administration's diplomatic strategy is to ensure the national security of the United States, expand the interests of the United States around the world and export American values. The research on the export of American values in Oba period has important historical and practical significance. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the basic content and tradition of American value export, the practice of Obama administration value export and so on, and preliminarily evaluates the characteristics, motivation, influence and prospect of the value export of Obama administration. And put forward some views on China's response.
