【摘要】：近年來,中國積極參與中東熱點問題調(diào)解,發(fā)揮日益重要的建設性作用。中國應對中東熱點問題的思路由總體超脫、有所作為逐步向積極進取、加強謀劃、參與治理、拓展影響轉(zhuǎn)變,并確立了應對中東熱點問題的目標、方針和機制,初步形成了具有自己特點的中東熱點問題外交。中國積極推動熱點問題解決,基于對當前國內(nèi)國際兩個大局的判斷和對自身角色的正確定位,基于中東形勢的重大演變和中東國家的普遍訴求,是維護自身在中東日益增長利益的必然要求。但中國在中東發(fā)揮大國作用是一個漸進過程。中國要增加在中東熱點問題上的話語權(quán),必須加強自身硬軟實力建設。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has actively participated in the mediation of hot issues in the Middle East, playing an increasingly important and constructive role. China's thinking on dealing with hot issues in the Middle East has shifted from being overall detached and gradually moving towards positive progress, strengthening planning, participating in governance, expanding its influence, and establishing goals, policies, and mechanisms for dealing with hot issues in the Middle East. Initially formed its own characteristics of the Middle East hot issue diplomacy. China has actively promoted the resolution of hot issues, based on its judgment of the current domestic and international situations and its correct positioning of its own role, on the basis of the major evolution of the situation in the Middle East and the general aspirations of the countries in the Middle East. It is an inevitable requirement to safeguard one's growing interests in the Middle East. But China's role as a major power in the Middle East is a gradual process. If China wants to increase its voice on hot issues in the Middle East, it must strengthen its own construction of hard soft power.
