【摘要】：本文以中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制為研究核心,在深刻認知此雙邊對話合作機制的建立背景、發(fā)展進程以及特點和功能的基礎(chǔ)上,運用國家利益理論,深入研究此對話機制的理論基礎(chǔ)及現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。通過分析國家利益理論與中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制的互動,肯定了此對話機制的合理性和存在價值。同時,指出此對話機制本身存在的缺陷與不足,探尋中美經(jīng)濟合作和兩國關(guān)系良性發(fā)展的途徑,提出中國應(yīng)對中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制中現(xiàn)存問題所應(yīng)采取的相應(yīng)措施,充分發(fā)揮中國在中美雙邊關(guān)系中的積極作用,展望中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制的發(fā)展趨勢和未來前景。 研究表明,國家利益理論可以作為理論基礎(chǔ)來詮釋中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制。近年來,全球金融危機爆發(fā),地區(qū)性政治問題不斷出現(xiàn),中美貿(mào)易關(guān)系日益密切,中美關(guān)系的全球性影響力逐漸增強,兩國相互依存度提升,同時分歧和矛盾增多。因此,中美以戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話的模式來深化兩國的共同利益、解決兩國之間存在的問題和摩擦具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義,為兩國深入了解和互利合作提供了新的機遇。但是,在肯定其成果的同時,要清醒地認識到,中美在諸多問題上仍存在分歧,中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制本身也存在著缺陷與不足。面對這些問題,中國應(yīng)積極采取措施從容應(yīng)對。具有制度化和戰(zhàn)略性的中美合作機制已成為穩(wěn)定兩國關(guān)系的新框架,有利于兩國增強互信和合作雙贏。中美兩國應(yīng)該繼續(xù)深化經(jīng)濟合作,在經(jīng)濟增長中尋求共贏與平衡,在中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制的框架內(nèi)尋求更豐富有益的成果。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the mechanism of strategic and economic dialogue between China and the United States as the core of the study. On the basis of a profound understanding of the establishment background, development process, characteristics and functions of the mechanism of bilateral dialogue and cooperation, this paper applies the theory of national interests. The theoretical basis and practical basis of this dialogue mechanism are studied in depth. By analyzing the interaction between the national interest theory and the strategic and economic dialogue mechanism between China and the United States, the rationality and existence value of the dialogue mechanism are confirmed. At the same time, it points out the defects and shortcomings of the dialogue mechanism itself, explores the ways of the sound development of Sino-US economic cooperation and bilateral relations, and puts forward the corresponding measures that China should take to deal with the existing problems in the Sino-US strategic and economic dialogue mechanism. We should give full play to China's positive role in Sino-US bilateral relations and look forward to the development trend and future prospects of the Sino-US strategic and economic dialogue mechanism. The research shows that the theory of national interest can be used as the theoretical basis to interpret the mechanism of strategic and economic dialogue between China and the United States. In recent years, with the outbreak of the global financial crisis, regional political problems continue to emerge, Sino-US trade relations are becoming closer and closer, the global influence of Sino-US relations is gradually increasing, the degree of interdependence between the two countries has increased, and differences and contradictions have increased. Therefore, the mode of strategic and economic dialogue between China and the United States is of great strategic significance to deepen the common interests of the two countries, solve the problems and frictions between the two countries, and provide new opportunities for in-depth understanding and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. However, while affirming its achievements, we should soberly realize that there are still differences on many issues between China and the United States, and that the mechanism of strategic and economic dialogue between China and the United States itself also has defects and deficiencies. In the face of these problems, China should take active measures to deal with them calmly. An institutionalized and strategic cooperation mechanism between China and the United States has become a new framework for stabilizing bilateral relations and is conducive to enhancing mutual trust and win-win cooperation between the two countries. China and the United States should continue to deepen economic cooperation, seek win-win and balanced economic growth, and seek richer and beneficial results within the framework of the Sino-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue mechanism.
