【摘要】：長期以來歐美因擁有共同價值觀一直被視為西方的核心,然而目前跨大西洋兩岸之間的價值觀鴻溝將使雙方在國際上難以有效合作。2001年,美國總統(tǒng)小布什上臺后因國際反恐政策差異,跨大西洋聯(lián)盟就曾嚴(yán)重分裂。此次特朗普與歐洲理念的差異更加廣泛,雖然特朗普的實際外交政策及其言行有所調(diào)整,但其所主張的"美國優(yōu)先"的原則不會放棄,而這均與歐洲主流政治所堅持的開放、多邊、多元的立場大相徑庭。未來在地區(qū)和國際事務(wù)中,歐美相互的摩擦沖突將增加,合作將勢必受限。
[Abstract]:Europe and the United States have long been regarded as the core of the West because they share common values. However, the current value gap between the two sides of the Atlantic will make it difficult for the two sides to cooperate effectively internationally. The transatlantic alliance was badly divided after President George W. Bush took office because of differences in international counter-terrorism policies. The differences between Trump and European ideas are wider this time. Although Trump's actual foreign policy and his words and deeds have been adjusted, the principle of "America first" advocated by Trump will not be abandoned, which is consistent with the openness upheld by mainstream European politics. Multilateral and pluralistic positions differ widely. In the future, frictional conflicts between Europe and the United States will increase in regional and international affairs, and cooperation will inevitably be restricted.
