【摘要】：1979年1月1日,在度過了30年敵對的冰河期后,中國和美國建立了正式的外交關(guān)系。 中美關(guān)系是當(dāng)今世界上最重要的一對雙邊關(guān)系,也是最復(fù)雜的一對雙邊關(guān)系。無論是人口疆土,還是國際地位和綜合國力,中美都是世界上具重大影響力的大國。中美關(guān)系不僅攸關(guān)兩國人民的根本利益,而且關(guān)系世界的和平、安全與發(fā)展。因此,中美關(guān)系歷來是學(xué)術(shù)界研究的重點(diǎn)。 民間外交是國家全部外交的重要組成部分,有著重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。中國是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家,美國是世界上最大的發(fā)達(dá)國家,兩國無論在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化還是其他方面都有著共同的利益,但是,兩者也存在著分歧�；陔p方在戰(zhàn)略利益、觀察事務(wù)的角度、判斷是非的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和處理問題的方式上不盡相同,出現(xiàn)分歧和矛盾是正常的,也是在所難免的。因此,研究民間外交在中美關(guān)系發(fā)展的地位和作用對兩國關(guān)系的發(fā)展具有參考價(jià)值。 本文研究的主要目的在于通過分析中美建交后民間外交所取得的成就和民間外交發(fā)展存在的問題,從影響中美關(guān)系發(fā)展的重要因素入手,著重探析了從1979年到現(xiàn)今民間外交在兩國關(guān)系中的作用,為民間外交在今后中美兩國發(fā)展的進(jìn)程提供一定的決策參考。
[Abstract]:On January 1, 1979, after 30 years of hostile ice age, China and the United States established formal diplomatic relations. The relationship between China and the United States is the most important and the most complicated one in the world today. Regardless of population territory, international status and comprehensive national strength, China and the United States are major influential countries in the world. The relationship between China and the United States concerns not only the fundamental interests of the two peoples, but also world peace, security and development. Therefore, the relationship between China and the United States has always been the focus of academic research. Folk diplomacy is an important part of national diplomacy, which has important theoretical and practical significance. China is the largest developing country in the world, and the United States is the largest developed country in the world. Both countries have common interests in economy, politics, culture and other aspects, but there are also differences between the two countries. Based on the two sides' strategic interests, observing affairs, judging right and wrong and dealing with problems in different ways, it is normal and inevitable to have differences and contradictions. Therefore, the study of the status and role of folk diplomacy in the development of Sino-US relations has reference value for the development of bilateral relations. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the achievements of folk diplomacy and the problems existing in the development of folk diplomacy after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, and to start with the important factors that affect the development of Sino-US relations. This paper focuses on the role of folk diplomacy in the relations between China and the United States from 1979 to present, and provides a certain reference for the development of folk diplomacy in China and the United States in the future.
