【摘要】：國家核心利益是國家利益的重要組成部分,是關系到國家興旺發(fā)達、生存發(fā)展的大問題。國家核心利益是在長期探索過程中形成的,具有鮮明的特征,主要表現(xiàn)為政治上的不可動搖性、地位上的重要性、內(nèi)容上的普遍性、性質(zhì)上的"自衛(wèi)性"。改革開放以來,中國在探索和平發(fā)展道路、維護國家核心利益方面取得了顯著成就,但國家核心利益也面臨來自西方大國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、軍事等方面的挑戰(zhàn)。面對挑戰(zhàn),我們應堅定不移走和平發(fā)展道路,推動和諧世界建設,堅持獨立自主的和平外交政策,倡導新安全觀、國家責任觀、地區(qū)合作觀。
[Abstract]:The core interests of the state are an important part of the national interests and a big problem related to the prosperity and development of the country. The core interests of the state are formed in the process of long-term exploration, with distinctive features, mainly as political unshakable, important in status, universality in content, and "self-defense" in nature. Since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in exploring the road of peaceful development and maintaining the core interests of the country. However, the core interests of the country also face challenges from the political, economic, cultural and military aspects of the great powers of the West. Facing the challenge, we should unswervingly take the path of development, promote the construction of a harmonious world and adhere to independence. The peaceful foreign policy advocates the concept of new security, the concept of state responsibility and the concept of regional cooperation.
