【摘要】：2010年,俄政府提出新的俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,旨在縮小東西部差距,實(shí)現(xiàn)俄羅斯的整體發(fā)展一致。本文主要通過對俄2010年提出的俄遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的研究,借助對中俄區(qū)域合作的現(xiàn)狀的解析,找出中俄區(qū)域合作的領(lǐng)域及可發(fā)展空間,進(jìn)而探討俄遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略對中俄關(guān)系發(fā)展的影響。本文分為三個(gè)部分,第一個(gè)部分對俄遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略提出的背景作簡單介紹并對開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析。第二部分分析了中俄區(qū)域合作的內(nèi)容和現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合俄遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)容,挖掘新的中俄可合作領(lǐng)域。第三部分在分析了影響中俄關(guān)系的各種因素之后,提出優(yōu)化中俄區(qū)域合作,加強(qiáng)中俄關(guān)系應(yīng)發(fā)揮地緣優(yōu)勢,借助遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)契機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the Russian government put forward a new strategy for the development of the Russian far East, aimed at narrowing the gap between the east and the west and realizing the overall development of Russia. Based on the research of the Russian far East development strategy put forward by Russia in 2010 and the analysis of the present situation of the Sino-Russian regional cooperation, this paper finds out the field and the developing space of the Sino-Russian regional cooperation. Then it discusses the influence of Russian far-east development strategy on the development of Sino-Russian relations. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part briefly introduces the background of the Russian far East development strategy and analyzes the content of the development strategy. The second part analyzes the content and present situation of the regional cooperation between China and Russia, combining with the content of the Russian far East development strategy, excavates new areas of cooperation between China and Russia. In the third part, after analyzing the various factors that affect the Sino-Russian relations, the author puts forward that the regional cooperation between China and Russia should be optimized and the relationship between China and Russia should be strengthened by taking advantage of the geographical advantages and realizing the win-win goal with the help of the opportunity of the development of the far East.
