【摘要】：隨著全球化浪潮的深入和傳播技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,大眾傳媒作為“軟權(quán)力”的重要表現(xiàn)形式之一,已經(jīng)越來越積極主動地介入到國際政治領(lǐng)域,并在其中發(fā)揮著重要作用。作為大家日益關(guān)注的話題,本文力圖從以下幾個部分來分析大眾傳媒在國際政治中的地位和作用。 第一部分界定大眾傳媒的概念并梳理大眾傳媒對國際政治影響的發(fā)展。本文中的大眾傳媒是指有正式的組織、按照既定的規(guī)則、使用相關(guān)媒介技術(shù),向廣大受眾公開發(fā)表信息的實體。大眾傳媒對國際政治的影響從最初的口耳相傳、報紙、電臺、電視臺一直到后來的網(wǎng)絡(luò),甚至手機,都起著不可替代的重要作用。而且,隨著傳播手段的不斷進步和傳播技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,大眾傳媒在國際政治中的作用將更加凸顯。 第二部分論述大眾傳媒對國際政治影響的動因。大眾傳媒對國際政治影響的發(fā)展都不是自然而然地進行的,背后都有一股力量在推動。本文力圖從政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會和科學(xué)技術(shù)層面深層次探討大眾傳媒對國際政治影響的原因。只有從多個層面對大眾傳媒對國際政治影響的原因進行探析,才能更好的對其作用進行分析。 第三部分是大眾傳媒對國際政治影響的途徑和作用分析。本文分別從橫向和縱向兩個角度進行探析,橫向方面主要論述了大眾傳媒影響國際政治的途徑和手段,主要體現(xiàn)在規(guī)范認(rèn)同、引導(dǎo)觀念、營造輿論等方面�？v向方面主要闡述了大眾傳媒對國際社會、國際行為主體以及個人影響力和公眾外交作用發(fā)揮的影響。 第四部分是在前幾部分論述的基礎(chǔ)上,提出中國國際傳媒存在的主要問題及其對策分析。探討大眾傳媒對國際政治影響的最終落腳點應(yīng)是對我們國家傳媒的思考與啟示。如何恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\用大眾傳媒,更好的為我們國家服務(wù)已成為首要任務(wù)。我們應(yīng)該認(rèn)識到客觀存在的問題,并且,在此基礎(chǔ)上進一步做好對內(nèi)、對外的宣傳、傳播工作,為我國的外交政策服務(wù),具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of globalization and the rapid development of communication technology, mass media, as one of the important forms of "soft power", has been more and more actively involved in the field of international politics and played an important role in it. As a topic of increasing concern, this paper tries to analyze the position and role of mass media in international politics from the following parts. The first part defines the concept of mass media and combs the development of its influence on international politics. The mass media in this paper refers to the entity that has formal organization, according to the established rules, using relevant media technology to publish information to a wide audience. The influence of mass media on international politics has played an irreplaceable role from word of mouth, newspapers, radio and television stations to the Internet and even mobile phones. Moreover, with the continuous progress of communication means and the development of communication technology, the role of mass media in international politics will become more prominent. The second part discusses the influence of mass media on international politics. The development of mass media's influence on international politics is not natural, there is a force behind it. This paper tries to explore the causes of the influence of mass media on international politics from the aspects of politics, economy, culture, society and science and technology. Only by analyzing the causes of mass media's influence on international politics from many aspects, can we better analyze its function. The third part is the analysis of the influence of mass media on international politics. This paper discusses the ways and means of mass media's influence on international politics from both horizontal and vertical angles, which are mainly embodied in the aspects of normative identification, guiding ideas, building public opinion and so on. The vertical aspect mainly expounds the influence of mass media on the international community, international actors, individual influence and public diplomacy. The fourth part puts forward the main problems and countermeasures of China's international media on the basis of the previous parts. The ultimate aim of discussing the influence of mass media on international politics should be the reflection and inspiration to our national media. How to properly use the mass media to better serve our country has become the primary task. We should realize the objective problems, and on this basis, it is of great significance to further do the propaganda and communication work at home and abroad, and serve our foreign policy.
