【摘要】：中國(guó)在新的歷史基點(diǎn)上如何定位,是中國(guó)外交面臨的重大理論與實(shí)踐課題。本文運(yùn)用國(guó)際地位和信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)理論的新成果,搭建一個(gè)"地位信號(hào)"傳導(dǎo)的分析框架,以闡明中國(guó)外交再定位所面臨的難題,并嘗試對(duì)中國(guó)發(fā)出的自我再定位的信號(hào)做出一些解釋。中國(guó)向國(guó)際社會(huì)釋放出的地位信號(hào)并非連貫一致,有時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)自己是新興大國(guó),而有時(shí)又刻意凸顯自己作為發(fā)展中國(guó)家的地位。中國(guó)在尋求一個(gè)新的國(guó)際定位的過(guò)程中,需要統(tǒng)籌國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際兩個(gè)大局,恰當(dāng)處理國(guó)內(nèi)外觀眾對(duì)中國(guó)的不同期待。
[Abstract]:How to position China on the new historical basis is an important theoretical and practical subject for China's diplomacy. Based on the new achievements of the theory of international status and signal transduction, this paper sets up an analytical framework of "status signal" transmission in order to clarify the difficulties faced by China's diplomatic reorientation. And try to explain China's self-repositioning signal. China's status signals to the international community have not been consistent, sometimes emphasizing itself as an emerging power and sometimes deliberately highlighting its status as a developing country. In the process of seeking a new international position, China should coordinate the domestic and international situations and properly deal with the different expectations of the domestic and foreign audiences for China.
