【摘要】：臺灣問題是中美關系中最敏感,最根本,也是最為重要的問題。妥善處理好臺灣問題,對中美關系的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展至關重要。如果處理不好,則會影響著中美關系的長期發(fā)展。臺灣問題是由于中國內(nèi)戰(zhàn)而引起的歷史遺留問題,本來是屬于中國的內(nèi)政問題,但是由于美國的干涉阻撓,使臺灣問題變得長期化、復雜化,并且至今未能實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一。由此,臺灣問題成為影響中美關系正常發(fā)展的最重要的因素,也是雙方矛盾的焦點。美國頻頻對臺軍售,一方面給臺灣當局傳達了錯誤信息,加劇了臺海局勢的緊張;另一方面也加大了中國大陸統(tǒng)一臺灣的難度,直接導致中美關系磕磕絆絆,搖擺不定。美國通過對臺軍售,干涉中國內(nèi)政,以達到其“以臺制華”,牽制中國崛起的戰(zhàn)略目標。本文從美國對臺軍售這一點切入,運用合作博弈的方法來分析中美關系,中美兩國合作博弈有理論基礎和現(xiàn)實基礎。通過合作博弈的理論分析以及實踐指導,在雙方擁有共同利益的前提下,在互相理解與信任的基礎上,構建與完善中美合作博弈的長效機制顯得尤為重要。作為當今世界最大的發(fā)展中國家和最強的發(fā)達國家,中美兩國在國際關系中起著舉足輕重的作用。積極發(fā)展好兩國的關系不僅符合兩國政府和人民的根本利益,也順應了世界歷史發(fā)展的潮流。
[Abstract]:The Taiwan issue is the most sensitive, fundamental and important issue in Sino-US relations. Properly handling the Taiwan issue is crucial to the stable development of Sino-US relations. If it is not handled properly, it will affect the long-term development of Sino-US relations. The Taiwan issue is a historical issue caused by China's civil war, which was originally an internal issue of China. However, because of the interference and obstruction of the United States, the Taiwan issue has become protracted and complicated, and has not yet been reunified. As a result, the Taiwan issue has become the most important factor affecting the normal development of Sino-US relations, and is also the focus of the contradiction between the two sides. The frequent arms sales by the United States to Taiwan have, on the one hand, conveyed the wrong message to the Taiwan authorities and increased tension in the Taiwan Strait situation; on the other hand, it has also made it more difficult for the Chinese mainland to reunify Taiwan, directly leading to stumbling and wobbling relations between China and the United States. Through arms sales to Taiwan, the United States interferes in China's internal affairs in order to achieve its strategic goal of "controlling China with Taiwan" and containing China's rise. From the point of arms sales to Taiwan, this paper uses the cooperative game method to analyze the relationship between China and the United States. The cooperative game between China and the United States has theoretical and practical basis. Through the theoretical analysis and practical guidance of cooperative game it is particularly important to construct and perfect the long-term mechanism of Sino-American cooperative game on the basis of mutual understanding and trust on the premise that both sides have common interests. As the world's largest developing country and the strongest developed country, China and the United States play an important role in international relations. The positive development of bilateral relations not only conforms to the fundamental interests of the two governments and peoples, but also conforms to the trend of the development of world history.
