【摘要】：正2015年是二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束70周年。70年前,世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利結(jié)束,人類開啟了戰(zhàn)后謀求和平與發(fā)展的歷史新時(shí)期。駐足這一具有特殊意義的年份做國(guó)際展望,一個(gè)重要的關(guān)鍵詞不容忽視,那就是可持續(xù)安全。它不僅是21世紀(jì)人類社會(huì)的普遍訴求,也是確保國(guó)家安全及國(guó)際關(guān)系健康發(fā)展的迫切需要。戰(zhàn)后初期,全世界的獨(dú)立主權(quán)國(guó)家不到60個(gè)。廣大亞非拉國(guó)家的主要任務(wù)是爭(zhēng)取民族
[Abstract]:The year 2015 marks the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II. Seventy years ago, the world anti-fascist war and the War of Resistance against Japan ended victoriously, and mankind began a new period of postwar peace and development. An important key word in the international outlook for this year of special significance is sustainable security. It is not only a universal demand of human society in the 21st century, but also an urgent need to ensure the healthy development of national security and international relations. In the early postwar period, there were fewer than 60 independent sovereign states around the world.
