【摘要】：推動(dòng)構(gòu)建"人類命運(yùn)共同體"是中國(guó)順應(yīng)當(dāng)今時(shí)代、引領(lǐng)世界潮流提出的新思想新理念新主張,在全球化深入發(fā)展、科技與社會(huì)變革并驅(qū)、全球性問(wèn)題突出的大背景下,其具有重大時(shí)代意義和深刻思想內(nèi)涵。中國(guó)為推動(dòng)構(gòu)建"人類命運(yùn)共同體"作出了很多努力,不僅倡導(dǎo)建設(shè)全球伙伴關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)和推動(dòng)"一帶一路"建設(shè),還與亞洲、非洲、拉美多國(guó)探索利益共享責(zé)任共擔(dān)合作共贏的新模式。在新時(shí)期,一要完善推動(dòng)構(gòu)建"人類命運(yùn)共同體"的理論體系,以考察國(guó)際社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)為前提,以中國(guó)文化精髓充實(shí)內(nèi)核;二要加快全球伙伴關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),積極倡導(dǎo)踐行新義利觀,夯實(shí)新型合作基礎(chǔ);三要堅(jiān)定推動(dòng)構(gòu)建"人類命運(yùn)共同體"的立場(chǎng)信念。
[Abstract]:To push forward the construction of "Human Destiny Community" is a new idea and new idea put forward by China, which conforms to the times and leads the world trend. Under the background of the deep development of globalization, the transformation and drive of science, technology and society, and the outstanding global problems, It has great significance of the times and profound ideological connotation. China has made a lot of efforts to promote the construction of a "Community of Human Destiny," not only advocating the establishment of a global partnership network and promoting the construction of "Belt and Road," but also working with Asia and Africa. Latin American countries explore a new model of shared benefit-sharing, shared responsibility, and win-win cooperation. In the new era, it is necessary to improve the theoretical system to promote the construction of a "community of human destiny", to study the reality of the international community, to enrich the core with the essence of Chinese culture, and to speed up the construction of a global partnership network. We should actively advocate the practice of the new concept of justice and profit and consolidate the foundation of new cooperation; thirdly, we should firmly promote the position and belief of building a "community of human destiny".
