【摘要】：周邊外交是我國(guó)對(duì)外關(guān)系的重要組成部分,搞好周邊外交是創(chuàng)造有利于國(guó)家發(fā)展、穩(wěn)定的國(guó)際環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)。中央研判形勢(shì),反思周邊工作,專門召開(kāi)周邊外交工作座談會(huì),明確了今后5年至10年周邊外交工作的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、基本方針、總體布局,以及解決周邊外交面臨的重大問(wèn)題的工作思路和實(shí)施方案。中央加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)籌外交全局,強(qiáng)調(diào)周邊在我國(guó)發(fā)展大局和外交全局中的重要作用,2013年以來(lái)開(kāi)展了一系列重大外交活動(dòng),加大了周邊外交力度,突顯"周邊是首要"的中國(guó)外交思路及其戰(zhàn)略布局。
[Abstract]:Peripheral diplomacy is an important part of China's foreign relations, and doing well peripheral diplomacy is the basis for creating an international environment conducive to national development and stability. The Central Committee has studied the situation, reflected on the surrounding work, held a special forum on the surrounding diplomatic work, and defined the strategic objectives, basic principles, and overall layout of the surrounding diplomatic work in the next 5 to 10 years. As well as the work train of thought and implementation plan that solves the major problem that peripheral diplomacy faces. The central authorities have strengthened the top-level design, worked out the overall diplomatic situation, and emphasized the important role of the surrounding countries in the overall development of our country and in the overall diplomatic situation. Since 2013, the central authorities have carried out a series of major diplomatic activities and increased the intensity of peripheral diplomacy. Highlight the "peripheral is the first" Chinese diplomatic thinking and strategic layout.
