【摘要】：在影響美巴關(guān)系的諸多因素中,美國白宮與國務(wù)院之爭是較為重要的一個因素。本文將分析美國白宮和國務(wù)院對巴基斯坦的認(rèn)知和政策取向,然后再以1971年南亞危機期間白宮與國務(wù)院的分歧為例,分析其對美巴關(guān)系帶來的影響,最后對美巴關(guān)系中的美國府院之爭因素做出一個較為準(zhǔn)確的評估。
[Abstract]:Among the many factors that influence the relationship between the United States and Pakistan, the dispute between the White House and the State Department is one of the most important factors. This paper will analyze the cognition and policy orientation of the White House and the State Department towards Pakistan, and then take the differences between the White House and the State Department during the crisis in South Asia in 1971 as an example to analyze the impact on the relations between the United States and Pakistan. Finally, the author makes a more accurate assessment of the controversy factors in the U. S. -Pakistan relationship.
