【摘要】：特朗普在就職演說中表示要以"新愿景"統(tǒng)領(lǐng)美國,旨在建設(shè)一個"美國優(yōu)先"和"讓美國重新偉大"的"新世紀"。從歷史角度看,"特朗普現(xiàn)象"既是美國中下層民粹主義運動的結(jié)果,也是對美國自由主義的糾偏。國際形勢的巨變與特朗普的崛起使美國成為影響中美關(guān)系的最大變量,為中美關(guān)系平添了諸多不確定因素。盡管如此,中國并非只能被動適應(yīng),而是積極主動承擔責任,增強對中美關(guān)系的塑造。為避免重蹈歷史上大國對抗、兩敗俱傷的悲劇,中美應(yīng)成為建設(shè)性合作伙伴,共同"構(gòu)建人類命運共同體",開創(chuàng)合作共贏的前景,這正是習近平主席所指的搞好中美關(guān)系是"中美兩個大國對世界的應(yīng)有擔當"的最佳詮釋。
[Abstract]:In his inaugural address, Trump said he wanted to lead the United States with a "new vision" aimed at building a "new century" of "America first" and "making America great again." From the historical point of view, the Trump phenomenon is both the result of the populist movement in the middle and lower levels of the United States and the correction of American liberalism. The dramatic changes in the international situation and the rise of Trump have made the United States the largest variable that affects Sino-US relations, adding many uncertainties to the relations between China and the United States. Nevertheless, China does not have to adapt passively, but takes the initiative to take responsibility and enhance the shaping of its relations with the United States. In order to avoid repeating the tragedy of confrontation between great powers and loss in history, China and the United States should become constructive partners and jointly "build a community of human destiny" so as to create the prospect of win-win cooperation. This is exactly what President Xi Jinping pointed out to be the best interpretation of "the due responsibility of China and the United States to the world".
