【摘要】：隨著后現(xiàn)代主義的不斷發(fā)展,歷史記憶在國(guó)際關(guān)系研究領(lǐng)域受到人們更多關(guān)注。歷史記憶是群體對(duì)于往昔事件的社會(huì)性建構(gòu),且在此基礎(chǔ)上重塑歷史事件并服務(wù)于現(xiàn)實(shí)政治及精神需求。國(guó)際關(guān)系研究視閾下的歷史記憶可分為沖突性歷史記憶與合作性歷史記憶,其對(duì)于國(guó)家間行為以及國(guó)際沖突與合作產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)影響。歷史記憶作為相對(duì)獨(dú)立的變量嵌入國(guó)家關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)之中,其在國(guó)際政治演繹的作用機(jī)制通過對(duì)一國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略文化、決策者認(rèn)知以及公眾輿論等中間鏈條,推動(dòng)政府外交政策生成以及國(guó)家間關(guān)系互動(dòng),從而催生國(guó)際關(guān)系的紛爭(zhēng)與合作。文章以柬埔寨對(duì)外關(guān)系變遷發(fā)展為案例,對(duì)歷史記憶與國(guó)際關(guān)系的邏輯機(jī)制做出大致的檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of postmodernism, people pay more attention to historical memory in the field of international relations. Historical memory is the social construction of past events by groups, and on this basis remolding historical events and serving the political and spiritual needs of reality. The historical memory from the perspective of international relations research can be divided into conflicting historical memory and cooperative historical memory, which have a corresponding impact on inter-state behavior and international conflict and cooperation. As a relatively independent variable, historical memory is embedded in the structure of national relations, and its function mechanism in international politics through the strategic culture of a country, the cognition of decision makers and public opinion, and so on. Promote the formation of government foreign policy and the interaction between countries, thus spawning disputes and cooperation in international relations. Taking Cambodia's foreign relations as a case, this paper makes a rough test of the logical mechanism of historical memory and international relations.
