【摘要】：在中國外交不斷遭遇"歷史遺留問題"危機(jī)化挑戰(zhàn)的形勢下,新的中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體強(qiáng)調(diào)提高"文化軟實(shí)力"和"國際話語權(quán)",要求建設(shè)中國的社會科學(xué)話語體系。國際戰(zhàn)略的傳播學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)向給學(xué)術(shù)界提出了迫切的研究課題:厘清"話語理論"的西方思想史邏輯,理解國際政治結(jié)構(gòu)過程中的"話語權(quán)"概念,以知識生產(chǎn)和傳播戰(zhàn)略的新政治哲學(xué)診斷"外交問題"。從這種傳播政治學(xué)的認(rèn)識路線探討解決"釣魚島問題"的方法,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)建構(gòu)中國的"問題史"實(shí)證研究和規(guī)范理論話語體系具有決定性戰(zhàn)略意義;而中國話語體系成為典范之可能,必須以可靠的過程史料和嚴(yán)格的實(shí)證方法對日本主張作有邏輯的話語分析,在解構(gòu)其"固有領(lǐng)土論"的同時,確立中國主體性的"繼續(xù)戰(zhàn)后處理"核心概念。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that China's diplomacy is constantly confronted with the challenge of "historical legacy" crisis, the new central leading collective emphasizes the enhancement of "cultural soft power" and "international discourse power", which requires the construction of China's social science discourse system. The turn of communication of international strategy has put forward an urgent research topic for the academic circles: to clarify the logic of western thought history of "discourse theory" and to understand the concept of "discourse right" in the process of international political structure. To diagnose diplomatic problems with the new political philosophy of knowledge production and dissemination strategy. From the cognitive line of the dissemination of political science, we can find that it is of decisive strategic significance to construct the empirical study of "problem history" in China and to standardize the discourse system of the theory of "Diaoyu Island". However, the Chinese discourse system is likely to become a model. It is necessary to make a logical discourse analysis of Japan's claims with reliable historical data and strict empirical methods, while deconstructing its "inherent territorial theory". To establish the core concept of "continuing postwar treatment" of Chinese subjectivity.
