【摘要】：特朗普主義是美國收入差距拉大、產(chǎn)業(yè)空心化、移民與恐怖主義威脅和反建制力量崛起的產(chǎn)物,它在實施中具有右翼民粹、強人政治、孤立主義和保護(hù)主義,以及大政府影子等特點。在美國三權(quán)分立的政治架構(gòu)下,特朗普主義在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、減稅、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義和移民政策等問題上都會面臨較大的挑戰(zhàn),實施前景與效果存在較大的不確定性。長遠(yuǎn)來看,特朗普主義的實施并不會撼動全球化的長期趨勢。中國應(yīng)以特朗普現(xiàn)象為鑒,注重國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的地區(qū)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和階層平衡,在全球治理層面積極推動開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體系,通過關(guān)注發(fā)展問題緩解全球化的不平等程度。
[Abstract]:Trumpism is the product of a widening income gap, a hollowing industry, the threat of immigration and terrorism, and the rise of anti-establishment forces, with right-wing populists, strongman politics, isolationism and protectionism. And big government shadow and other characteristics. Under the political framework of the separation of powers in the United States, Trumpism will face greater challenges on issues such as infrastructure construction, tax cuts, protectionism and immigration policies, and there is greater uncertainty about the future and effectiveness of its implementation. In the long run, the implementation of Trumpism will not shake the long-term trend of globalisation. China should draw lessons from the Trump phenomenon, pay attention to the regional, industrial and social balance of domestic economic development, actively promote an open world economic system at the level of global governance, and alleviate the inequality of globalization by focusing on development issues.
