【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為解決中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入中速增長(zhǎng)的"新常態(tài)"所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題提供了新的解決方案與思路方向,被稱為中國(guó)版的"馬歇爾計(jì)劃"。兩者之間在解決資本過(guò)剩和產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩上有共同點(diǎn)。將"馬歇爾計(jì)劃"的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)用于"一帶一路"金融環(huán)境及其背景的比較分析上,將具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's strategy provides a new solution and direction for solving the economic problems caused by China's entering the "new normal" of medium-speed economic growth, and is called the "Marshall Plan" of China's version.There is common ground between the two in tackling overcapital and overcapacity.It is of great significance to apply the successful experience of Marshall Plan to the comparative analysis of Belt and Road's financial environment and its background.
