【摘要】：安全關(guān)系不僅是中日關(guān)系的重要內(nèi)容,也是影響、制約中日關(guān)系整體改善與發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。自2012年日本將釣魚島"國有化"以來,中日安全互信持續(xù)走低,兩國安全關(guān)系一路下滑。中日安全關(guān)系態(tài)勢主要表現(xiàn)為釣魚島爭端上中日安全關(guān)系仍持續(xù)緊張、日本的各種舉動加劇了中日安全互信的缺失以及中日安全對話遲滯等。由釣魚島爭端而來的中日安全關(guān)系之態(tài)勢演進(jìn)顯然已超出釣魚島爭端的互動范圍,具有深刻的內(nèi)外原因。從近期前景看,中日安全關(guān)系面臨的挑戰(zhàn)大于機遇。中國應(yīng)該采取措施,包括加強兩國政治安全互信,對日本施加必要壓力促其調(diào)整,爭取周邊國家,不給日本留介入地區(qū)問題的"抓手",以及加強兩國民間的溝通理解來推動中日安全關(guān)系的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Security relationship is not only an important content of Sino-Japanese relations, but also a key factor that influences and restricts the improvement and development of Sino-Japanese relations as a whole.Since Japan nationalized the Diaoyu Islands in 2012, security trust between China and Japan has continued to decline, and security relations between the two countries have been declining.The security relations between China and Japan are still tense over the Diaoyu Islands dispute, and Japan's actions have exacerbated the lack of mutual trust between China and Japan and the delay in Sino-Japanese security dialogue.The evolution of the security relationship between China and Japan from the Diaoyu Islands dispute has obviously gone beyond the interactive scope of the Diaoyu Islands dispute and has profound internal and external reasons.In the near future, the challenges to security relations between China and Japan outweigh the opportunities.China should take measures, including strengthening mutual trust in political security between the two countries, exerting the necessary pressure on Japan to readjust and strive for neighboring countries.Japan should not be allowed to intervene in regional issues, and the two countries should strengthen communication and understanding between the two countries to promote the stability of Sino-Japanese security relations.
