【摘要】：2010年，由突尼斯的青年小販自焚事件引發(fā)了大規(guī)模的青年示威游行，突尼斯人們要求自由、平等以及民主政治，這場運動被稱為突尼斯革命，革命的影響勢力之大、效果之明顯，在后來的阿拉伯革命中以及突尼斯總統(tǒng)本·阿里和埃及總統(tǒng)穆巴拉克的下臺可以看出。阿拉伯革命是以突尼斯革命為開端的，也可以說是突尼斯革命引發(fā)了阿拉伯革命�？傊�，這一系列的革命為阿拉伯國家?guī)砹撕艽蟮挠绊懀@將可能是一場政治改革。目前，埃及、阿爾及利亞、約旦、利比亞、也門等很多阿拉伯國家都掀起了示威與抗議的浪潮。阿拉伯的國家政治動蕩雖然剛剛開始，但導致這場革命與動亂發(fā)生的癥結卻早已經(jīng)悄然存在。阿拉伯世界在此之前就已經(jīng)陷入了病危的狀態(tài)，比如經(jīng)濟衰退、政治的專制、食品的短缺、人口的爆炸以及政府腐敗等問題。突尼斯革命的爆發(fā)及其引發(fā)的阿拉伯革命雖然讓人們看到了動亂中阿拉伯國家迷茫的未來，但同時，這種徹底使政治變革、人民得到自由、生活得到安穩(wěn)的希望依然存在，這也正是革命的目的所在。不管這個目的達到與否，這場革命都會給阿拉伯國家?guī)碛绊�，同時，也會給阿拉伯國家之間的外交關系以及阿拉伯國家與國際上的外交關系的變化。 本文通過對突尼斯革命以及阿拉伯革命的研究，分析了阿拉伯革命發(fā)生后。阿拉伯國家之間的外交關系變化，在此基礎之上，分析了阿拉伯革命可能對阿拉伯國家與國際外交關系帶來的影響，文章的最后，提出了結構調(diào)整與觀念重塑背景下的突尼斯的戰(zhàn)略選擇，，分析了阿拉伯世界權利陣營的變化，以及在這種深度變局下，突尼斯應有怎樣的新戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the self-immolation of youth hawkers in Tunisia triggered a massive youth demonstration in which people demanded freedom, equality and democratic politics, a movement known as the Tunisian Revolution, whose influence was so powerful.The effect was evident in the subsequent Arab revolution and the ouster of Tunisian President Ben Ali and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.The Arab Revolution began with the Tunisian Revolution, and it was the Tunisian Revolution that led to the Arab Revolution.All in all, this series of revolutions have had a big impact on Arab countries, which could be a political reform.At present, Egypt, Algeria, Jordan, Libya, Yemen and many other Arab countries have set off a wave of demonstrations and protests.Arab political unrest is just beginning, but the crux of the revolution and unrest has been quietly there.The Arab world has been in critical condition before this, such as recession, political tyranny, food shortage, population explosion and government corruption.Although the outbreak of the Tunisian revolution and the Arab revolution that it triggered showed people the uncertain future of the Arab countries in turmoil, at the same time, there is still hope for such radical political change, for the people to be free and for life to be secure,This is precisely the purpose of the revolution.Whether or not this goal is achieved, the revolution will have an impact on the Arab countries, as well as on the diplomatic relations between the Arab countries and international relations.Through the research of the Tunisian Revolution and the Arab Revolution, this paper analyzes the Arab Revolution.On the basis of the changes in diplomatic relations between Arab countries, this paper analyzes the possible impact of the Arab revolution on Arab and international diplomatic relations. At the end of the article,This paper puts forward the strategic choice of Tunisia under the background of structural adjustment and concept remolding, analyzes the changes of the power camp in the Arab world, and what new strategy Tunisia should have under this kind of deep change.
