【摘要】：國際反恐話語雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體現(xiàn)為對不同的受害國家群體表達(dá)不同的情感態(tài)度。在目前對反恐話語雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的分析中存在"輿論成見"與"現(xiàn)狀成見"等缺陷,導(dǎo)致對其形成原因的解釋不足。通過將"文明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"與心理學(xué)研究中的共情視角納入到分析中,可以提供一種理解反恐話語雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成原因的分析框架。"文明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"確定了不同群體間的關(guān)系,即自我與別國是內(nèi)群體還是外群體的區(qū)別。共情機(jī)制使得自我對內(nèi)群體成員發(fā)生的恐襲反應(yīng)激烈且充滿同情,對外群體成員發(fā)生的恐襲反應(yīng)溫和并表現(xiàn)出冷漠的態(tài)度。明確反恐話語雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的形成基礎(chǔ)與形成機(jī)制具有一定的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。就理論意義而言,這有助于澄清反恐話語雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的形成原因,糾正相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析中存在的成見。就現(xiàn)實(shí)意義而言,有助于反思國際社會,尤其是西方國家在反恐問題上的表現(xiàn),從而對改善恐怖主義的全球治理提供一定指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The double standard of international anti-terrorism discourse is to express different emotional attitudes to different groups of affected countries.In the analysis of the double standards of anti-terrorism discourse, there are some defects, such as "public opinion prejudice" and "status prejudice", which lead to insufficient explanation of the reasons for their formation.By incorporating the perspective of empathy in the study of civilization and psychology into the analysis, we can provide an analytical framework for understanding the causes of the double standards in anti-terrorist discourse. "The Civilization Standard defines the relationship between different groups, that is, the difference between self and other countries as internal or external groups.The empathy mechanism makes the response to the attack by the members of the internal group intense and full of sympathy, and the response of the members of the external group to the attack is mild and apathetic.It is of theoretical and practical significance to clarify the formation basis and mechanism of double standards in anti-terrorism discourse.Theoretically speaking, this helps to clarify the causes of double standards in anti-terrorism discourse and correct the prejudices existing in relevant empirical analysis.As far as practical significance is concerned, it is helpful to reflect on the performance of the international community, especially the western countries, on the issue of counter-terrorism, thus providing some guidance for improving the global governance of terrorism.
