【摘要】： 多年來,阿以沖突一直是中東地區(qū)重要的矛盾焦點(diǎn)。中東大國(guó)伊朗本不是阿以沖突的前線國(guó)家,但是阿以沖突的屬性為伊朗提供了插手阿以沖突事務(wù)的客觀條件,伊朗出于意識(shí)形態(tài)和現(xiàn)實(shí)利益的考慮也樂于通過各種方式對(duì)阿以沖突施加影響從而實(shí)現(xiàn)自身在政治、安全等方面的利益。伊朗插手阿以沖突事務(wù)對(duì)其自身以及中東地區(qū)甚至世界的國(guó)際關(guān)系格局產(chǎn)生了復(fù)雜的影響。同時(shí),伊朗在阿以沖突問題上的立場(chǎng)并不是一成不變的。伊朗與阿以沖突的關(guān)系是伊朗外交的一個(gè)縮影,其從微觀層面體現(xiàn)了伊朗外交基調(diào)的變化,為研究伊朗在神權(quán)體制下如何發(fā)展、調(diào)整對(duì)外關(guān)系提供了一個(gè)典型案例。 本文以時(shí)間為線索,分六章對(duì)伊朗與阿以沖突的關(guān)系進(jìn)行初步研析。第一章闡述選題緣由、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況以及關(guān)于本文的幾點(diǎn)說明。第二章首先對(duì)阿以沖突概況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要說明,然后分別闡述伊朗巴列維王朝和伊斯蘭共和國(guó)革命政府在阿以沖突問題上的不同立場(chǎng),并分析立場(chǎng)發(fā)生變化的原因。第三章主要論述伊朗伊斯蘭共和國(guó)革命政府支持阿拉伯國(guó)家、反對(duì)以色列這一立場(chǎng)在兩伊戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中經(jīng)受的考驗(yàn)。首先,這一立場(chǎng)受到了現(xiàn)實(shí)的打擊。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中大多數(shù)阿拉伯國(guó)家都站在伊拉克一邊甚至為伊拉克攻打伊朗提供幫助而伊朗迫于戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)需要不得不一方面在言論上繼續(xù)攻擊以色列,一方面私下接受以色列的幫助。其次,伊朗趁1982年以色列對(duì)黎巴嫩的入侵與黎巴嫩真主黨建立起了緊密的聯(lián)系,這種聯(lián)系在日后伊朗對(duì)阿以沖突施加影響中發(fā)揮了重要作用。第四章論述的是兩伊戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)后伊朗的外交以及阿以沖突在伊朗外交中的作用。兩伊戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)后伊朗外交最顯著的特點(diǎn)就是由激進(jìn)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)為務(wù)實(shí)。伊朗與周邊阿拉伯國(guó)家、西歐國(guó)家發(fā)展了友好關(guān)系,與以色列和美國(guó)則走向了對(duì)抗。核危機(jī)的出現(xiàn)更是給伊朗帶來了巨大的外部壓力。在此背景下,阿以沖突為伊朗在阿拉伯世界樹立良好形象、緩和與阿拉伯國(guó)家關(guān)系、應(yīng)對(duì)美以對(duì)伊朗的遏制與孤立以及緩解核危機(jī)帶來的壓力起到了重要的作用。第五章主要敘述了阿以和平進(jìn)程的發(fā)展概況以及伊朗反對(duì)美國(guó)主導(dǎo)下的阿以和平進(jìn)程的具體表現(xiàn),并分析了伊朗反對(duì)阿以和平進(jìn)程的行為對(duì)阿以和平進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)產(chǎn)生的諸多不利影響。第六章總結(jié)全文。概括伊朗能夠?qū)Π⒁詻_突施加影響的客觀條件以及伊朗插手阿以沖突的目的、結(jié)果和影響。
[Abstract]:For many years, the Arab-Israeli conflict has been an important focus of conflict in the Middle East.Iran is not a front-line state in the Arab-Israeli conflict, but the attributes of the Arab-Israeli conflict provide Iran with objective conditions for intervening in the Arab-Israeli conflict.Iran is also willing to exert influence over the Arab-Israeli conflict in various ways in order to realize its political, security and other interests.Iran's involvement in the Arab-Israeli conflict has had a complex impact on its own international relations, the Middle East and even the world.At the same time, Iran's position on the Arab-Israeli conflict is not inflexible.The relationship between Iran and Arab-Israeli conflict is a microcosm of Iranian diplomacy, which reflects the change of Iranian diplomatic tone from the micro level, and provides a typical case for studying how Iran develops under theocracy and adjusts its foreign relations.Based on the clue of time, this paper analyzes the relationship between Iran and the Arab-Israeli conflict in six chapters.The first chapter describes the reason of the topic, domestic and foreign research situation and several explanations about this paper.In the second chapter, the general situation of Arab-Israeli conflict is briefly explained, and then the different positions on the Arab-Israeli conflict between the Baleway dynasty of Iran and the revolutionary government of the Islamic Republic are expounded, and the reasons for the change of the position are analyzed.The third chapter mainly discusses that the revolutionary government of the Islamic Republic of Iran supports the Arab countries and opposes the test of Israel's stand in the Iran-Iraq war.First, this position has been hit by reality.Most Arab countries in the war are on the side of Iraq and even to help Iraq attack Iran, which has to continue to attack Israel on the one hand and accept it in private on the other.Second, Iran took advantage of the 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon to establish close ties with Hezbollah, which played an important role in Iran's future influence on the Arab-Israeli conflict.The fourth chapter discusses Iran's diplomacy after the Iran-Iraq War and the role of the Arab-Israeli conflict in Iran's diplomacy.Iran's diplomacy after the Iran-Iraq War was characterized by a gradual shift from radicalization to pragmatism.Iran has developed friendly relations with neighboring Arab and Western European countries, and with Israel and the United States towards confrontation.The emergence of the nuclear crisis has brought great external pressure to Iran.In this context, the Arab-Israeli conflict has played an important role in setting up a good image of Iran in the Arab world, easing relations with Arab countries, and responding to the containment and isolation of Iran by the United States and Israel, as well as the relief of the pressure brought about by the nuclear crisis.The fifth chapter mainly describes the development of the Arab-Israeli peace process and Iran's opposition to the Arab-Israeli peace process under the leadership of the United States.The paper also analyzes the negative effects of Iran's actions against the Arab-Israeli peace process on the progress of the Arab-Israeli peace process.Chapter six summarizes the full text.The objective conditions under which Iran can exert influence on the Arab-Israeli conflict and the purpose, results and influence of Iran's intervention in the Arab-Israeli conflict are summarized.
