【摘要】：隨著人類社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步，信息技術(shù)日新月異，公共外交的發(fā)展日益引起各國(guó)的重視。而國(guó)家形象作為國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分和直觀體現(xiàn)，是國(guó)家極其重要的無形資產(chǎn)。美國(guó)特別重視公共外交，，其已成為美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略不可缺少的重要組成部分，其發(fā)展也經(jīng)歷了曲折漫長(zhǎng)的過程。 本文共分為四個(gè)主要章節(jié)，就美國(guó)公共外交對(duì)其國(guó)家形象的塑造方面展開了系統(tǒng)論述。第一章主要介紹了選題背景和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和思路以及本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)。第二章先分析了公共外交與國(guó)家形象的概念內(nèi)涵、基本特征和功能，然后分析了二者之間相輔相成的關(guān)系。最后分析了美國(guó)的公共外交和國(guó)家形象的獨(dú)有特點(diǎn)。第三章著重介紹了美國(guó)在“911”事件前后開展公共外交塑造國(guó)家形象的歷史發(fā)展過程、具體實(shí)踐及取得的效果，并對(duì)其中的原因進(jìn)行了深刻的分析。第四章對(duì)美國(guó)開展公共外交塑造國(guó)家形象的若干思考，是本文的落腳點(diǎn)。該章首先分析了美國(guó)公共外交的優(yōu)勢(shì)，然后分析了其開展公共外交塑造國(guó)家形象過程中存在困難和問題。我國(guó)可以借鑒美國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)，做好我國(guó)開展公共外交塑造國(guó)家形象方面的工作。
[Abstract]:With the development of human society and the rapid development of information technology, the development of public diplomacy has attracted more and more attention.As an important component and visual embodiment of national soft power, national image is an extremely important intangible asset.The United States attaches great importance to public diplomacy, which has become an indispensable part of American strategy, and its development has undergone a long and tortuous process.This paper is divided into four main chapters, which systematically discuss the shaping of American public diplomacy to its national image.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad, the research methods and ideas, as well as the innovation and difficulties of this paper.The second chapter first analyzes the concept connotation, basic characteristics and functions of public diplomacy and national image, and then analyzes the complementary relationship between the two.Finally, it analyzes the unique characteristics of American public diplomacy and national image.The third chapter focuses on the historical development process, practice and effect of public diplomacy in shaping the national image of the United States before and after the "911" incident, and makes a profound analysis of the reasons.The fourth chapter is the foothold of this paper.This chapter first analyzes the advantages of American public diplomacy, and then analyzes the difficulties and problems in the process of developing public diplomacy to shape the national image.China can draw lessons from American experience and do a good job in shaping the image of our country through public diplomacy.
