【摘要】：正剛剛過去的2016年將會因如下事件而載入史冊:敘利亞內(nèi)戰(zhàn)開始走向與發(fā)動者愿望相悖的終點,歐洲難民危機不僅引發(fā)了歐洲的分裂還導(dǎo)致了極右勢力的壯大,恐怖主義肆虐并以俄羅斯駐土耳其大使遇刺身亡為焦點,英國公投退歐所引發(fā)的對歐洲一體化進程的憂慮,美國總統(tǒng)大選最終以體制外商業(yè)精英特朗普當選告終,中美角力因南海仲裁案和當事國菲律賓對美政策突然轉(zhuǎn)向而撲朔迷離,反全球化呼聲伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟萎靡不振而分貝日升。
[Abstract]:The 2016 that has just passed will go down in history as the Syrian civil war begins to end up at a point that runs counter to the aspirations of the initiators, and the refugee crisis in Europe has led not only to the division of Europe but also to the growth of the far-right.With terrorism raging and focusing on the assassination of Russia's ambassador to Turkey, fears about European integration caused by Britain's referendum on Brexit ended with the election of Trump, the out-of-system business elite, in the US presidential election.The dispute between China and the United States has been confused by the South China Sea arbitration case and the sudden shift in the Philippine policy towards the United States, with anti-globalization calls rising as the world economy falters.
