【摘要】：國際金融危機爆發(fā)已近十年,這十年里西方所處困境為二戰(zhàn)結束后罕見。西方特別是歐美面臨的問題具有根本性和制度性,包括經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢受到削弱,政治制度、發(fā)展模式受到嚴重質(zhì)疑,以及由于恐襲增多所產(chǎn)生的安全挑戰(zhàn)等。西方被多重危機所困是近30年來,繼蘇聯(lián)解體、新興經(jīng)濟體群體性崛起之后,又一對國際格局和秩序產(chǎn)生結構性影響的新變化因素。其影響表現(xiàn)在,西方的實力地位和影響力下降,"東升西降"的國際格局大趨勢持續(xù);歐美對外戰(zhàn)略大調(diào)整,價值觀外交攻勢受挫,貿(mào)易保護主義上升;大國關系出現(xiàn)新一輪大調(diào)整。全面深刻認識西方變局,有助于中國以更大的自信心堅持走自身發(fā)展道路和推動全球治理,為世界和平穩(wěn)定發(fā)展做出更大的貢獻。
[Abstract]:Nearly a decade has passed since the outbreak of the international financial crisis.The problems in the West, especially in Europe and the United States, are fundamental and systematic, including the weakening of economic advantages, serious doubts about the political system and development model, and the security challenges arising from the increasing number of terrorist attacks.After the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the rise of the emerging economies in the past 30 years, the West has been trapped by multiple crises, which has had a structural impact on the international structure and order.Its influence is reflected in the decline of the power and influence of the West, the sustained trend of the international pattern of "rising from east to descending from west", the great adjustment of foreign strategy of Europe and the United States, the setback of diplomatic offensive of values, and the rise of trade protectionism.There has been a new round of major adjustment in the relations between major powers.A thorough understanding of the changes in the West will help China, with greater self-confidence, stick to its own path of development and promote global governance and make greater contributions to world peace and stability.
