【摘要】：回顧安倍執(zhí)政以來的日本外交發(fā)展歷程,從安倍主義到積極和平主義都展示了日本外交的現(xiàn)狀和未來趨勢。遺憾的是,這種外交公關(guān)所秉持的理念并沒有取得顯著的成效,反而表現(xiàn)為安倍外交的動態(tài)失衡,即日本外交難以取得有效的均衡效應(yīng)。在安倍政權(quán)外交的實施中,首先表現(xiàn)為安倍主義占主導(dǎo)作用,隨后轉(zhuǎn)入對積極和平主義的承接,這一變化進(jìn)程造成了安倍政權(quán)外交的動態(tài)失衡,主要表現(xiàn)為日本外交戰(zhàn)略定位的扭曲、外交戰(zhàn)略認(rèn)知的變態(tài)以及外交戰(zhàn)略實施的走形�；趯Π脖墩䴔�(quán)外交的動態(tài)失衡研究,有必要對這一局面展開必要的應(yīng)對,而應(yīng)對需要從學(xué)理和政策兩個層面加以考量。
[Abstract]:Reviewing the development of Japanese diplomacy since Abe came into power, from Abe's doctrine to positive pacifism, it shows the present situation and future trend of Japan's diplomacy.Unfortunately, this concept of diplomatic public relations has not achieved any significant results, but the dynamic imbalance of Abe's diplomacy, that is, Japan's diplomacy is difficult to achieve an effective equilibrium effect.In the implementation of Abe's regime diplomacy, the first manifestation was that Abe's doctrine dominated, and then turned to the undertaking of positive pacifism, which resulted in the dynamic imbalance of Abe's regime's diplomacy.The main manifestations are the distortion of Japan's diplomatic strategic orientation, the metamorphosis of diplomatic strategy cognition and the aberration of diplomatic strategy implementation.Based on the study of the dynamic imbalance of Abe's regime diplomacy, it is necessary to deal with this situation, which needs to be considered from both theoretical and policy aspects.
