【摘要】：中亞國家即哈薩克斯坦、吉爾吉斯斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦和土庫曼斯坦。冷戰(zhàn)后,日本與中亞各國建立邦交,在1997年提出建設(shè)“絲綢之路外交”,2004年建立“中亞+日本”對(duì)話機(jī)制,2006年小泉純一郎作為首相首次出訪中亞,2015年安倍晉三訪問中亞五國,日本的中亞外交逐步推進(jìn)。地理位置上,中國在日本與中亞國家之間,日本的中亞外交也往往與中國有關(guān)。本文將著重對(duì)日本中亞外交的意圖和目的進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究中國在日本與中亞關(guān)系中扮演的地位,進(jìn)而來探討中國該如何面對(duì)日本與中亞國家的關(guān)系。本文由四部分組成:第一部分從中亞國家的現(xiàn)狀和近代以來日本對(duì)中亞國家的歷史聯(lián)系入手來探討日本對(duì)中亞國家的認(rèn)識(shí);第二部分研究冷戰(zhàn)后日本對(duì)中亞國家的援助,包括官方開發(fā)援助、日本人才開發(fā)中心、核污染防治三方面;第三部分在日本對(duì)中亞國家的認(rèn)識(shí)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,冷戰(zhàn)后日本對(duì)中亞國家外交戰(zhàn)略的演變;第四部分分析中國在日本與中亞關(guān)系中扮演的角色,研究中國對(duì)日本中亞國家的應(yīng)對(duì)。
[Abstract]:Central Asian countries are Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.After the Cold War, Japan established diplomatic relations with the Central Asian countries, proposed the establishment of "Silk Road diplomacy" in 1997, established the "Japan in Central Asia" dialogue mechanism in 2004, visited Central Asia for the first time as prime minister in 2006, and Abe Abe visited the five Central Asian countries in 2015.Japan's diplomacy in Central Asia is advancing step by step.Geographically, between Japan and Central Asian countries, Japan's diplomacy in Central Asia is also often related to China.This paper will focus on the analysis of the intention and purpose of Japan's diplomacy in Central Asia, and on this basis will study the role of China in the relations between Japan and Central Asia, and then discuss how China should face the relationship between Japan and Central Asian countries.This paper consists of four parts: the first part discusses Japan's understanding of Central Asian countries from the point of view of the current situation of Central Asian countries and the historical relationship between Japan and Central Asian countries since modern times, the second part studies Japan's assistance to Central Asian countries after the Cold War.The third part is the evolution of Japan's diplomatic strategy to Central Asian countries on the basis of Japan's understanding of the Central Asian countries.The fourth part analyzes the role of China in the relationship between Japan and Central Asia, and studies China's response to Japan's Central Asian countries.
