【摘要】：在美國重返亞太的背景下,美澳同盟得到了進一步強化,其原因包括:從美國的角度看,澳大利亞擁有極佳的戰(zhàn)略地理位置,美軍急需加強亞太二三線基地群的建設以拓展自己的戰(zhàn)略縱深,通過駐軍的方式減少澳大利亞"變節(jié)"的可能性;從澳大利亞的角度看,出于對中國崛起的不適應,在大幅削減國防預算的情況下需搭美國"便車"以更好地尋求安全庇護,迎合其國內(nèi)軍事戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)移——實施"印-太"戰(zhàn)略的需要。本文認為,美澳同盟在美國重返亞太的過程中,雖起到了非常重要的基石、通道、支撐和補充作用,但美澳間依然存在著難以克服的同盟困境。
[Abstract]:In the context of the return of the United States to the Asia-Pacific region, the US-Australia alliance has been further strengthened because, from the perspective of the United States, Australia has an excellent strategic geographical position.The US military urgently needs to strengthen the construction of the second and third-line base group in the Asia-Pacific region in order to expand its strategic depth and reduce the possibility of Australia's "defection" by means of garrisoning. From the Australian perspective, because of the inadaptability to the rise of China,In the context of deep cuts in the defence budget, the United States needs to take a "free ride" to better seek safe haven to cater to its domestic military strategic shift-to implement the "India-Pacific" strategy.This paper holds that although the US-Australia alliance has played a very important role in the process of America's return to the Asia-Pacific region, though it has played a very important role as a cornerstone, channel, support and supplement, there is still an insurmountable predicament of the alliance between the United States and Australia.
